Love my Traverse I bought here but the follow up service appointments take FOREVER. First oil change took over 1.5 hours. Today’s oil change and install mud flaps has taken 2.5 hours so far. I drive all the way from western Douglas county in NE so spending 3 hours of my day just to get an oil change is frustrating to say the least.
