Our sales associate was Nate. He was new but most every question we threw at him he knew the answer to and if not he found the answer quickly. The office manager was fair and gave us an excellent price. When we were sent to the finance office Maggie helped us and she too was fantastic! We life in west Omaha but it is worth the drive.

If i could've chose a zero star rating i would've, they are not helpful, they expect you to pull money out of your ass when you buy a car from them but if you sell your car to them on a friday you gotta wait a week to get your money maybe even longer which is bullshit if i just sold my car then why the fuck aren't you paying me for it, if it was the other way around you wouldn't of let us leave with a car if we said oh wait a week and we will mail you the money! Everyone there is rude and has something shoved up their ass that makes them think they're hot shit.

Never again, Edwards. We have bought or brought in someone to buy four cars since 2016. We will never even consider doing business with Edwards again. Someone attempted to steal my Sportage, breaking a window and doing significant damage to the steering column. We had it towed there just before Christmas. Edwards continously told us the parts were back ordered. We were patient. It was winter and we got use to getting by with one car. By March, we decided to ask them how much they would just buy the damn thing for. To add insult to injury, they low-balled us offering less than of the Kelly Blue Book trade-in value even taking the needed repairs into account. Once April came around, we had enough of their BS and had it towed to someone who had it fixed a little over 24 hours later. Edwards claimed they have to use new parts or the warranty is void. I don't know what a broken window has to do with warranty. They just let it sit all winter with no window. Deal with Edwards long enough and I guarantee they find a way to screw you. Never again.

Do not buy their service package. I bought it prepaid when I signed my lease and that was a huge mistake. Every time I went to get an oil change I would have to wait minimum an hour, and once over two hours. It also included a wash and was told on multiple occasions that if I wanted the wash I'd have to wait an extra 30 minutes+ because it was backed up. Not worth it to just pass it through an automatic wash. I don't see how it was so backed up with no one else waiting in the lobby. The cars they are trying to sell apparently get preferential treatment. I guess once they have your money they can give you as poor of service as they'd like.

The customer service was good until my purchase was done. I was promised things that were not taken care of . I also noticed while driving within the first week of purchase that anytime I stopped it would shake my steering wheel. The service adviser Louann told me my brakes were @ 50% . and I had mentioned to her with them pulsating they more than likely need replaced. I schedule a service and was promised I could get a loaner vehicle. I come in on my lunch break and they have no record of the loaner even though I had spoke with the gm Chuck . So I leave call and call and they agreed to come get my car . They come grab it , then about 30 min later I get a call and 2 other people come get my car . Talk about lack of communication. They bring my car back and say they resurfaced my rotors . I get in my car and my brakes are squeaking more than ever. So I called I was promised they would make it right, they come back on Monday take it and I get a voicemail at work stating they scuffed up my brakes and that is how they "fixed" it. I called after bringing back and the owner loyalty manager Mark Leonard and I chatted and he stated my brakes were @ 70% . so they magically go from 50% to 70 % over night . I would not recommend any one to purchase here because my brakes still aren't fixed and if they would have done it right the first time things would have been better . But the lack of communication , the story changes and lies are NOT acceptable when trying to buy a quality used vehicle. And the detailing was trash my 7 year old could do a better job . Trying to get anyone that actually cares and wants to provide good service and make things right has been impossible.

I get really frustrated with this company. My first interactions with them was about 4 years ago when I obtained my current car - went in looking for used and ended up leaving with a new car - oddly they were able to give me a better deal new than used - still paid more than I expected but the car has done me well. The last year I have received a couple of letters from them wanting to purchase my used car - the first one I never received a call back or anything so recently when I was contacted - I pounced on it. I emptied my car with the intention of coming home in a new used care. Filled out the pre-auth and everything but I was very clear on two things - one I could not afford more than my current payment and was perfectly comfortable keeping my current car if that was the case and two. no Kia Soul - I feel they are the ugliest car I have every seen and have no intention of riding one, let alone owning one. The woman who was helping me was very nice - but it seemed like she could do nothing and had no authority. I was taken from the main building to the used car building - which was horrible - it's cold and it smelled like someone had done something foul in the bathroom and was indefinitely punish everyone who entered. I was left in this small cramped office - the majority of time I was there. The woman spent less than 10 minutes with me other then when she took me on a test drive in a Hyundai even though I had been very clear, I was looking for a Kia. After the test drive she randomly came in and asked if I had come in to purchase a car tonight - and I explained that I had. Then she came back with an offer she was very excited about - it was between 100 and 150 more a month than I was paying which wasn't even an option - plus I had told her I wasn't interested in that car anyway as it was not a kia and it was white - I did not want a white or yellow car. Again I was left alone for almost 30 minutes - she came back and said she was letting the car warm up before I test drove it which I had said wasn't necessarily. I told her at that point that I thought we were done, that this was feeling like a waste of time - I asked what the car was that she had. It's a Kia Soul - I asked if they even bothered reading the pre-application and said that we were done. Her manager walked me out and said he knew that I wasn't playing with the payment and now knew was I was looking for and had purchased a lot of cars recently - he personally was going to look and reach out to me. A week later I hear from the initial woman and she has found one car - a Ford (which I had pointed out in the lot I think, that it was the size and shape I was looking for). She sent me some pictures but I am not sure that I want to go through working with them as they had left me with a bad taste in my mouth. I am not saying I will never go back, but my experience, especially this time was not a good one.

Our family had our second negative experience with the KIA service center yesterday and will definitely not be utilizing their services in any fashion in the future. The first time was 3 or 4 years ago with the Service Manager, Tony L. Long story short, when attempting to pick up the vehicle they couldn't find the car in the lot, then the car was dead because they left the lights on, and finally the manager was yelling at my 23 year old daughter, slamming drawers, and actually cursing because I had questions about the estimate. I swore I would never go back and I was going to file a complaint with corporate but I let it lie and went back yesterday which was a terrible decision. The vehicle to be serviced was in for trouble shooting for not starting after a cold night. A diagnostic in the past was under $100 and they did not tell me until after it was scheduled and towed to the service center, oh by the way the diagnostic fee is $169 / $188 after taxes. I accept this part of the encounter as my fault for not asking and being surprised it was almost $200 to look at my vehicle. Then I receive a text /quote for the repair with 10 maintenance items for almost $2,000. I called for the bottom line on what was wrong with the vehicle and total for THAT repair. Service stated it was a bad battery and the total was close to $900 to change the battery after all the fees and charges. I requested the total on simply the battery itself and she quoted $600 to which I questioned the price. She stated "It's an expensive battery". I politely declined, said I will pick up the vehicle, and disconnected the call. She called back 5 minutes later and said "We accidentally charged for two batteries so it's only $300 for the battery". I politely declined again. Doesn't sound on the up and up to me and will never return again.Did I mention, we leased this 2018 vehicle, bought it after the lease, and paid it off in full 11/2020 and still have not received the title from KIA Motors Finance!!

I have to admit that Edwards Kia wasn't my first choice of local dealerships during our last search for a new car. Although this dealership wasn't as "polished" as the other Kia dealer across town...they sure made it up with customer interaction. The car buying experience was actually pleasant and was treated better in comparison. I've also had a chance to use their service department and received the same excellent service.I'd definitely add this to your list of dealers if you're ever in the market for a new Kia.
