Rented a vehicle from this location 8/29/2022 -9/17/22. Returned in perfect condition. This company kept charging my CC every month fraudulently up until October 2023. Sometimes it was $3.00 sometimes it was $100. They stole over $1400.00 from my account before I realized. They won’t refund me, Nolan the office manager has yet to call me back and corporate office says that they can’t go back since it’s been longer then 6 months. It’s absurd and it’s theft! I had to cancel my card to get these charges to stop. I’m having to file a complaint with the Attorney Generals office and possibly take them to court. I won’t ever rent from Enterprise again.

I would give zero stars if I could. We arranged to rent a car from 5pm Friday until 5pm Sunday, and pick up from the Omaha, NE location near 90th and Maple. When we arrived to pick up the vehicle we were told it was not ready and they would call us in an hour to pick it up. We got no call, so around 6:30pm we left to see if they were ready for us to pick up the vehicle. Upon getting the car, at 7pm, we noticed they had added on an extra day and their insurance coverage, which we did not ask for. Before we could leave town we had to GO BACK to the Enterprise and inquire about our invoice. The employee said she took off the extra day and the insurance, but we would not be refunded until we returned the car. That was nearly $200 we would not have to travel with because they are unable to be transparent with what they are charging in the moment you pick up the vehicle. We got the car back to the Enterprise at 4:30pm on Sunday, and were told we would receive our final invoice on Monday. Days later when we FINALLY can see what we were charged, we saw that the extra day was added back onto the invoice. So now a week after we originally picked up the vehicle, we had to return to the Enterprise AGAIN to ask why these charges were added on when the vehicle has dropped off 19 hours before they claimed it was. We will NEVER be using this location for rental vehicles again, and I highly doubt we will ever use Enterprise again after this experience.

After an accident the insurance sent us to pick up a rental. We were only provided the location and the authorization code. When we showed up they told us the car was not ready. We asked if we could be there at the same time the next day (5pm) and we were told that was ok. We got there the next day just after 5PM and of course they were closed. The following day they opened at 8 and we showed up at 9 only to be told they gave the rental to someone else. When asking about the situation we were told it was our fault for not showing up at the scheduled time and there was no guarantee of a car that day. I also placed a formal complaint with corporate and was told I would be contacted in 24 hours. It's been 3 days and I haven't heard from anyone. Terrible customer service throughout the entire company.

I was told the insurance was covering a full size car. The rep lies and says the Mazda 3 is a full size car. It's an economy car. I don't know if she didn't think I'd know the difference. Is it because I'm a woman or my age. Calling insurance company in the morning. Maybe there ripping them off as well.

Beware of enterprise car rental. They are trying to charge my mother for damage she did not cause. Just because they didn't do a thorough inspection now they want to blame her. I suggest renting from a different company.

Manager straight up lied to me about being charged toll tag rates. I was charged $83.75 for $30 in tolls.

My family has rented cars here before, and we could have a rental right now, but nope! Whoever is at the top of the corporate chain decided to change the policy so a 300 dollar security deposit is required even if you're using a credit card to pay for the rental car, on top of the daily rate. It doesn't indicate that on the website. If you want more business, revert that ridiculous policy.

The only frustrating thing was the $300 deposit on our credit card, it was more than the rental car. Customer service was acceptable and we were offered a choice of vehicle when we got on the lot.

Very friendly fast service.Disappointed rush you through car inspection. Didn't give info on use of car items.Never been in keyless car didn't know how to start it. Had to stop and go over where lights ,wipers how open gas cap door.

I had a terrible experience with Enterprise. Had no issues a month ago when I rented but after last weekend I have a different opinion. The car I rented last weekend had dents and scratches, missing a hubcap and service engine light was on. They were going to notify me if they could find a replacement car for me to rent and I heard nothing. Like the experience before I vacuumed and cleaned the car before returning it. A day after I returned it Enterprise called and said there was hail damage done to the car while I had it. That's completely false!!!! Nobody else in the family had hail damage to their vehicles. My rental car was at the same location as everyone else's, strange how we had no storms and only my rental car supposedly had hail damage. Terrible experience and will never rent from Enterprise again.

They don’t even deserve one star! Had a reservation to pick up a vehicle, got there an hour after the reserved pick up time and they “gave it to someone else!” The very unhelpful worker first claimed he called and left a voicemail, but he did not. Then he said that someone called yesterday, which there was never a single missed call nor voicemail. There were absolutely no customers that came in or out during the hour we were there, but yet a customer just happened to come in and get the 7 passenger van that was already reserved within minutes and take ours?! Yeah okay. They said there was one that was getting serviced at another location, but there had no way to check and see when it will be ready. We ended up going online while we were still there and reserved compact car to pick up in 5 minutes. We waited inside so they couldn’t say we were late. The reservation was confirmed just to have them tell us that they do no have a single vehicle at all! This really ruined our vacation plans!!!!! They offered absolutely no help at all!!!!!!!! One worker even made the comment “well, you can reserve 10 tacos online, but that doesn’t mean we will have them!” So it’s a car rental place that has no cars. I would be very embarrassed if I were them!Really?! I would never recommend enterprise to anyone! As a travel nurse recruiter, I will definitely make sure none of my colleagues and travelers rent from there!!!!!
