Same driver has now for two days in a row rang my doorbell and not given me time to get to the door and just left. I’m beyond furious. My package said delivery between 11am-3pm. it was 9:55am and the rang the doorbell and put the sticker on my door in the same instance and turned around and walked away. Have it all on my ring camera two days in a row. This driver is getting a 1 star

FedEx is an excellent shipper! They are usually on time. This time was a fluke. I’m still giving them five stars because they usually at least put my packages inside the door on my front porch rather than just leaving them lay on the sidewalk or steps like the United States post office sometimes does to us.

I’m giving 5 stars for Ms. Pam she was so nice and helpful with assisting me so I could receive my package u don’t meet to many nice people these days but it was refreshing!

Terrible service they change the date they change the schedule all the time and you wait for a package and it never arrives.And the worst thing is that you call Abi customer service and notify the driver, who will notify you of any inconvenience for you to go pick up the package and they simply do not deliver it and return it and you are waiting for a urgent package that arrives 3 days later o more.

The driver lied and said they came to my house, but they never did and I have security cameras to prove it. Customer service on the phone is horrible and they never help at all. I don’t know who the driver is, but I hope you go to hell for wasting people’s time and lying about making a delivery attempt.

Usually deliveries are put by or close to my front door. It’s 50/50 if anyone knocks on the door, or rings the bell. Yesterday I just happened to see the truck so I headed to my door. My huge box from Sam’s was at the edge of the porch. The young man was just rounding the back of his truck. He didn’t have a FedEx jacket on. I loudly said “ Thanks”. He answered, “ Huh?”. So I said “ For not knocking on my door.” His disrespectful reply with hand shrugs was, “ What ever”. And he got in his truck. I don’t think he was a regular driver as I had been tracking this pkg and it came late. I had the feeling he was someone who was sent out on late arrival deliveries and he WAS not wanting to do deliveries. (Since the box came from Kansas City it showed it went to the Council Bluffs terminal.)

Every time I have a package being delivered by fedex it’s always out for delivery and never gets delivered and it’s always the next day or the day after super frustrating

Horrible Delivery Driver that comes to our office. We have over 15 offices in this complex. He leaves the packages outside the complex and says the building is closed at 1:30 in the afternoon. WE ARE OPEN! He has been doing this for months. Several of the business owners have called and complained and yet nothing changes. So if you have an office near 114th & Dodge, do not use FedEx ground for your delivery services if you have a choice.

This location seems to be delaying packages and marking nonsensical reasons on the tracking. Expect a minimum of 48 hours delay on any package coming through Council Bluffs.

Was having issues with a package not being delivered. Showed up with low expectations. Had a great surprise with friendly service and my shipment being found within minutes! Don’t give up hope, have patience and lead with kindness and things may work out.

Ran me around on a shipment I was waiting for but I ended up driving to the warehouse and found my package. 4 stars because the 1-800 number is a joke they don’t help at all.

Like most others leaving reviews, the driver for our package was marking as delivered when it wasn't even attempted and at the end found out the package was marked out for delivery without even being put on the truck for 8 days. After multiple calls to the 800# and finally having enough, I angrily demanded to be transferred to the local Council Bluffs FedEx location handling the package delivery. I spoke with Alex, who was very helpful. He called the driver requesting that he call us when he was heading our way to deliver the package but he never called. Alex called me the next morning apologizing for the constant back and forth and for the driver who "doesn't follow directions" and who "isn't doing his job" and said that the package was never put on the truck for delivery. He said that the package in question was in his possession and he ended up hand delivering it to my work that same day. I would leave a 1 star review because of the sheer laziness of the warehouse workers and because of the drivers who clearly can't do their jobs correctly... but because Alex went above and beyond - I left 3 stars.

In the past 3 months I have had 19 scheduled deliveries and have received 9 of those packages, the other 10 - 7 delivered to my neighbors, and 3 never to be seen again. What a waste of time to call Customer Service-non responsive!! Some vendors I refuse to order again because they ship with FedEx-terrible documented track record.
