The customer service is disgusting I recently called the branch and asked to speak to a women who had assisted me with a wire before and had given me her card, the teller that answered told me she had left and asked what i was calling about, when we were done with the conversation she thought had disconnected but she didn’t and I could hear them still on the other end laughing about how the women i had asked to speak with was still there and mocking me about the questions I had asked. Ever since GWB was bought by FIB they’re service went to straight trash these teller ladies are always so rude and miserable. This branch does not even deserve one star!!

I was looking for banks in the area since I will be moving to the area soon. But I highly doubt that I will be using this bank. Especially with all the reviews down below. Why would I put my hard earned money into the hands of these bankers that are ungrateful, miserable and disrespectful. Branch bankers if you are going to be rude find a new job. You all have no right to talk about the clients. Stop being liars and own up to the mistakes you all are making.

Tried get my check that disability already paid out but since they have problems with their system the money that's supposed be in my account they supposebly are expecting a delay with check on them I'm definitely calling corporate over this cause i cant even pay my bills because they cant get their computer to make the payment show in account when i was already paid so its uncalled for very unprofessional

New Debit Cards were sent out. I activated mine and used it before. Used it again today and it was declined several times. Money was in my account. I used my Great Western Card because I still had it and it went through so that tells me their was a problem with my new card. I try to call the local branch in Council Bluffs, IA and no one ever answers the phone. I tried to call the customer service number and their hold time was over 30 minutes! This bank has the worst customer service along with terrible hours. Not all banking can be done online. Looking at moving banks!

The bank after being bought is now only open on weekdays 9-5:30 PM. I guess if I need to go to the bank I’ll have to take time off of work. What a joke.

Great people, but since bought out the new hours are horrible! Not all banking can be done remotely, online or with an app. Trying to deposit cash just isn't possible with these methods. With no Saturday options anymore that only leaves this long time customer with one option. Seams as if we aren't the only customer feeling this way.

Hours changed. No Saturday hours. Closed branch nearest me. One large check I wrote was withdrawn twice leaving my account negative, found this out while paying for an important meal only to be declined for insufficient funds! Embarrassing. Time to move everything to Veridian. Best of luck first interstate

The lack of customer service and continuously taking a $15-&17 monthly service charge after MULTIPLE attempts to tell them they have the account type wrong. The online banking app and website are nearly useless.

They have been nothing but a nightmare. You want your accurate balance? Good Luck. You want your deductions over the weekend? Good luck. Such inconvenient hours as well. I'll be closing my acct and going to a new bank. There is NOTHING I have found positive. Even down to customer service. Customer service is....just, no words! Rude, rushy, if you even get to anyone. Your failing systems are not our fault. You sure act that way. Done!
