“Very nice 24 hour access gym. Well lit, clean. Good assortment of equipment for an Anytime. Don’t compare it to a different chain or gym, that’s not fair. Had a good workout here.”

Can the hole in your heart, left by your father walking out on you at age six, be filled by a bunch of coaches who will go the extra mile to help you get results? The answer to all of the above is yes. YES. A MILLION TIMES YES! This is absolutely the best gym in Iowa. Probably Nebraska too. This is my special place. Come check it out. You can thank me later.”
“Clean, well kept facility. Nice concession area with plenty of food and drink options, and reasonable prices. Plenty of parking and easily accessible for all ages and abilities. My only complaint is the price charges to get in to events, but I. Not sure if that is due to overhead or if it is the sports clubs over charging.”

“I’m a truck driver and parking is the first concern, this location does have no parking signs but staff said it’s not an issue unless it’s for an extended period and I want hassled. Cold water fountain, hot spacious shower, clean and up to par equipment. All was good and thanks a lot for that”
