The regional manager for the dairy department was there today and helped me with an issue I've been having. I live in Omaha now and come over to the Hy-Vee on Broadway just to buy a certain brand of American sliced cheese. He said he would see to it to get it at my local Hy-Vee location so I don't have to drive to Council Bluffs just for cheese. Thank you!

Overall not a bad store, my main complaint is they put these young kids at the customer service desk by themselves and then have a line for a mile, while ten other cashiers and managers stand around doing there needs to be a minimum of two people at the help desk for shipping and bill pay I see these young girls stressed to the max every single night because they have zero help it really isn’t fair to them.

Very clean store! Clean restrooms. Big selection of food and I've never had any bad experience here. Plenty of parking and friendly staff. Highly recommend!

GenZ Blank Stare of Oblivion!!
The internet tells me Hy-Vee has an item... but it won't tell me what store has that item if I don't sign up for their app?!
I've been two locationsLooking for said item and all I've gotten is lip!! That added w/their exorbitant prices, I see no reason ever to return to another Hy-Vee!
It's really too bad too! Because Hy-Vee used to be my "go-to" store! Right up until they priced themselves out of business!
