The clothes at Penneys are of good quality while still being priced reasonably. I also love the jewelry. The selections are great as are the sales. I love being able to send in watches and jewelry for repair.

Looking for ladies winter gloves. Decent ones were over 30 dollars. Went to look elsewhere. This was the first place she looked.
