Me and my daughter came to get a rat, and a worker helped us and was very helpful. And helped us with his needs as we were first ever rat owners because she had some at home. And he was happy and healthy and still is.

The employees are always friendly and helpful. They have good sales all the time and are lower priced on a lot of things when compared to their competitors. The store is always clean and organized and easy to navigate. It appears that they take really good care of the animals that are for sale in the store... I've purchased several before and never had any issues. I definitely recommend this place over petsmart.
