“I've had wonderful experiences with the post office. My mail is timely and carefully placed in my box. The workers at the local office are always friendly too! I've had none of the problems mentioned here in mailing a package. The only complaint is the cost to mail a package.”
“Ordered an item from Amazon. Tracking number indicates that this Bellevue, NE USPS office has had it since Dec 24 at 5:26am. Today is Jan 1, 2026. Even with the weekend and holiday this is unacceptable. I live 1 mile from the flipping post office.
EDIT: 1-2-2026. Change from 1 star to 4 stars. Went to the post office. Found out they have their own internal tracking that is not made available to the public. What we see only indicates a pre-shipping label was created, not that the actual item was received at the post office. Hence, my item is lost in transit somewhere, if it was even shipped at all. I'm docking 1 star because it would be nice if this info had been made to me and my tracking number updated instead of leaving me hanging since my last tracking update on Dec 24. Maybe it is for security reasons to stop thefts. Don't know.”

“I was a little skeptical because of the reviews but my experience wasn’t bad. Had to wait on a dock for about 30 minutes and got me unloaded in a hour. They took longer to load my trailer in St. Louis. All in all it went smooth.”
