Josh the mechanic and the guys at the shop haven't given up on fixing my car and not their fault if a part is delivered defective. This is for sure a time we wish we had a 3rd car as a back-up. But we have faith in R.V.A.
They've always been good to us in the past.
Plus when my car went out on a Sunday MA answered my phone call let me know exactly the next step in the process to get it looked at.

Very untrustful
Does not follow through on his word!
He offered $50 for a five star review on Google and $50 for a five star review on Facebook
If you read his reviews, they all say the same thing no pressure sales come on down those are all paid for!!!!
Josh had me pay a friend of mine $200 to change their review!!!!!!
So if you leave an honest, horrible review, you’ll probably get a phone call by somebody in week or two bribing you to change it!!!!!

I went in there to pay a surprise for my daughter's car, my first time being there n the guy that helped us, I believe his name was Randy he was very friendly, welcoming, helpful, n polite. It's a very nice place to go n purchase a car from, they r willing n happy to work with u on purchases n any work that may need done in the vehicle u purchased there, I'm thankful for them n all that they do for their customers, my daughter bought a car there n they r great!!! I'd highly recommend going to Real Value Auto if ur looking to purchase a vehicle, thanx so much u all of u at True Value Auto!!!!
