Not a NAVY FEDERAL! It’s a Cobalt Credit Union and you can only use the ATM at this location if you’re a Navy Federal Member.
The tellers there have great customer service and it’s not their fault it’s labeled wrong. Apparently many stop by because Apple Maps shows that it’s a NAVY FEDERAL LOCATION.
Thanks to the guy who let me know, but now I have to drive all the way back to Bellevue NE. 😤😮💨

Wish I could give this branch a half a star. All due to a little man who's the branch manager named Josh Radcliff. Josh here likes to be very rude to his custermers. While I was busy writing and focusing on my personal things he sat there saying sir 8 times trying to get my attention. Once I acknowledged him he was rude. I put my wallet down on the desk he looked st me and asked. "DO WE HAVE A PROBLEM WITH EACHOTHER SIR!?!" I said idk dude do we? He gave me a dirty stare. This guy is unhinged. Has no business being a manager cause he thinks he's better than everyone else. I almost closed my account that day being spoken to like that. Well Josh Radcliff yes we do have a problem.EDIT: the bank operations manager called today and she was so nice and very understanding of the situation. I really applicate how she handled the situation and remedied the problem. Thank you so much!
