“We had a major problem with our Swintek 25 ft slide when a mobile RV tech replaced the motors in Texas but never put the screws in to hold motor down, you can imagined what happened. Had major trobule with it and when got back to Nebraska, decided to try Outdoor Recreation Center, note we also live fulltime in our Class A, we gave them a date we could bring it in, on a Monday that worked for them and they had it ready for us to pickup on Thursday, great service, explained everything to us and made sure it was working fine for us before we left.”

“We were in town from Michigan to move my mom back with us. We needed to have a hitch installed on her SUV, and rent a trailer. The hitch was put on that aftetnoon, and picked up first thing the next morning. They were so helpful and accommodating. It helped to make an otherwise very stressful event less stressful.”

“First of all, Tina is a ROCKSTAR! She worked the whole place by herself with a new trainee. Not a single male employee there and apparently the manager didn’t show up either. She picked up and drug the 4x8 trailer out and hooked it up in the 85 degree heat by herself, then we noticed no one had cut a lock off of it so she unhitched it, moved it out of the way, picked up and pulled another trailer over and got us all hooked up. She was kind, apologetic, and explained everything the whole time. She is definitely one in a million and if her trainee works as hard as she does, that location would be fine. Only docked a star because she shouldn’t have to do everything herself. 8/11/26”

“Extremely responsive! Every call I made was answered by the 3rd ring by the owner. He cares about his customers. Scott and Vante did amazing! They clearly were veterans of the business and had the right equipment and knowledge to handle everything including a 300 lb + piano. They worked fast and careful as the name suggests, and were super nice and great to work with. The owner was also extremely transparent, honest, and accommodating. We had short notice for the move and he was able to make it work the very next day. I also stayed under my moving budget which is a massive plus!”
