“This tow company goes above and beyond for customers. They are family owned and they take extra care making sure you and your vehicle get to your destination safely. They recently helped me and my boyfriend and our cat when our car broke down on a cross-country move. We had encountered a huge snow storm and had to stop for our safety but that is the kind of care you're going to get with them, it may have taken extra time but we felt safe. I would highly recommend if you need a local tow or even a cross-country one because they were PHENOMENAL!!! (They also had the best prices, I called all around Omaha and Council Bluffs and nothing beat their prices!!!)”

It took us awhile to be able to retrieve our belongings from them due to being 7 hours from home, and David was patient and understanding during every setback we had. “First of all, Tina is a ROCKSTAR! She worked the whole place by herself with a new trainee. Not a single male employee there and apparently the manager didn’t show up either. She picked up and drug the 4x8 trailer out and hooked it up in the 85 degree heat by herself, then we noticed no one had cut a lock off of it so she unhitched it, moved it out of the way, picked up and pulled another trailer over and got us all hooked up. She was kind, apologetic, and explained everything the whole time. She is definitely one in a million and if her trainee works as hard as she does, that location would be fine. Only docked a star because she shouldn’t have to do everything herself. 8/11/26”
