I stopped in the office to get prices for units. Heather, the Manager, was amazing. She really knows her stuff! Very polite and smiling! She showed me all the sizes that would work for my move, gave me real prices, and was very thorough about information. Definitely going to consider her place for storage! The property is nice and clean too!

I called in to get a quote and had the joy of speaking with Heather, a manager at the Council Bluffs location. She was great! She knows her property well and was incredibly personable! Give that woman a raise!!

I ended up using the unit longer than anticipated and had a peace of mind my belongings were safe. The facility was clean and secure and the property manager was very helpful. I would store here again.

James was super helpful. I had some issues with filling out the documents from my email. He stayed on with me and made sure I got them all done successfully. He made my day so much better. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

my experience over the phone with ann was as a wonderful experience, she explained how the units, pricing and moving in details work. she walked me through every little detail and listened and answered all of my concerns! definitely great customer service :)
