Worst haircut ever!! You would think that one of the things they teach is how to cut layers. I wanted 6 inches cut, and long layers. Instead, she cut 8 inches, and chopped my bangs. My 6 year old granddaughter could have done it better. She apparently didn't know how to cut layers. It was uneven, and looked all chopped up and very noticeable. Went back to have it fixed. Was somewhat better, but still uneven and looks horrible. I'm so embarrassed how bad it looks. I will go back to cutting my hair myself. Will never go back.

I am absolutely mortified after tge cuts my son and I received last night. I asked for a crew cut for him and some soft layering for mine. The cut he received looks like a damn bowl cut, straight across his forehead, even after I asked her to take more off the front. The stylist that did my hair, it took her 15 just to comb out after she shampooed it...the back of my hair and around my ears didn't even get wet during the wash...she spent more time chit chatting with my kiddo than she did on my hair. Didn't even touch my hair with her hands to trim, then I got 4 little snip snips for my layers. The cuts are both aweful...I called and spoke with syndall and was told the only thing she could do for me was give me her gms phone number which said "your call could not be completed as dialed" and upon calling back i got "theres no reason you shouldnt be able to get ahold of them, thats the number we use"...SURE took my name and number to pass on but not expecting to hear from anyone...so displeased, I will not be back to allow them to "fix" it and will be raising hell until I get a refund! I wish I could attach pictures so you could see how awful they are.

Definitely one of the best commercial hair cut places around! The hair stylists at this location have experience and know what they're doing. Amber in particular has given me numerous great haircuts and if you're a guy trying a new style, I would go to her.
