I took delivery of my Model 3 here and had some service done at this location. Both experiences were great. Everyone I talked to was professional, quick, and courteous. The service I had done was done perfectly and quickly. Couldn’t ask for more.

Customer support and attitudes towards customers is exceptionally poor.“Most customers don’t have us do that because it takes a long time and we charge $200+ an hour”. “I will see but we don’t normally do that.”Tesla corporate Might want to provide personality tests for customer facing staff and minimize the number who score low on agreeableness.

Tanner was my point of contact and was absolutely incredible to work with. Overall process was super easy and Tanner went above and beyond to assist with a warranty claim. Professional service. Would recommend to anyone.

Roadside assistance sent me to this Tesla service center while I was driving across country and had a concern about the aero shield. The service center technician was so nice and they replaced the part while I waited and drank their coffee. Could not have been a better experience!Tesla fangirl since 2014!!!

Stopped in to look at a Y because we're buying a Y or a 3 and my wife wasn't sure how she would feel in the Y. Kid at the desk had zero interest in helping us and made it a point to fake a phone call and disappear to the back when we came back in to ask questions.No big deal. Kansas City isn't too far away. We can just buy our car there.

I dropped my car off this morning at 9:30am. I was greeted when I walked in the front door by my first name. A technician then got in the car with me, and we drove it around as I explained my issues. The technician was polite and respectful.I received a text at 4:15 saying my car was done. I managed to catch the tech as he was walking to his car and he, again, was respectful and explained my issues and how he fixed them.This was the best service center experience I have received to date. This place has really turned around from my last few visits.Thank you all for doing such a great job, in a timely manner. Good Job to all, 5 stars all day!

Great experience. I picked my Tesla Model Y up when it was 10 below. I couldn't drive the vehicle home until after I picked up my daughter from the airport that night. They kept the Model Y plugged in and fully charged until I was able to drive it home. In that cold weather, I needed every bit of the charge to get home. I have now had the vehicle for about 2 weeks and love it.

Horrible service. Brought my 4 year old X in for a new filter, brake cleaning and a new port placement. They gave me the car back stating it was completed. When I got into the car there was high voltage warning sign. Went back inside and they stated they didn’t have time to figure it out that day so I left it there. Received a call from William (front desk) who told me there was a cut in an electrical cord which was the issue. He then told me they didn’t cause the damage and said the cut was “feet” from where the guys were working. I decided to come visit and I had William show me where this cut line was and it was 1.5 inches from where they were working on the car! At that point a manager had to get involved. William tried to tell me this must have come from the factory this way…… the car is 4 years old! The manager admitted that the damage was caused from when they changed out the port. They had my car for over 2 weeks. I picked it up today and now the toggles on the steering wheel don’t work and the main screen has a burnt yellow looking hue around the outside of it. These were not an issue prior to the damage to the high voltage line. Waiting to hear back on what they plan to do next. Tesla service has really gone down hill and the customer service we received from William just topped it off. Would not recommend this service center nor would I recommend buying a Tesla in this area. Good quality service is not an option here in Nebraska or iowa.
