I can’t recommend this place enough! The location is perfect—super convenient and easy to find right off of Broadway.
They have a great selection to choose from, and everything is priced at a great value, so you really feel like you’re getting the best deal. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the service. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming.
I want to give a particular shout-out to Dan, who went above and beyond during my visit. His helpfulness and attitude were top-notch—he definitely gets my vote for Employee of the Month!

They have a great variety of items. Always find something! Clothing in very good condition. Alot of dishes,glassware,household,decorative,small appliances,shoes,purses,wallets and seasonal items. They also have a restroom and dressing rooms. Employees are very helpful and friendly. They have daily discounts, Tuesday is 30% off for seniors. Worth the trip!

Love this place, always 2 colors of the day...1 color is 98 cents & the other color is 1/2 price. Different discounts all week if you're a Veteran, Teacher or a Senior Citizen (my favorite, Tuesday's)

The pricing makes me laugh bc who ever is doing it, isn't looking over the whole product. And forgetting that it's a thrift store. The people on the sales floor are always super nice!

Disappointed customers. They were super busy which wasn’t the problem. I was there earlier looking for dresses for a wedding coming up and I had found 4 potential dresses bought two to have my kiddo try on. They didn’t fit so this time I took my kiddo with me returned the ones that didn’t fit and found the other two I put back. i was worried they were gone because I couldn’t find them but luckily they were there just moved around. We hurried up tried them on of course only one fit and it was PREFECT. We couldn’t have asked for a better fit, style fabric ect. We get to the check out and there’s no tag. The lady asked us if we tried it on so I went and rounded up all the tags in the fitting room and none of them matched the color of plastic left in the dress. We couldn’t buy it. There wasn’t a slight chance of them even working on a price for us to buy it. So now I got an extremely disappointed kiddo. Chances are someone took the tag because it was a color that was on sale and put for another item. Wish they could work with customers a little better because the wedding is happening sooner than the dress will be processed and put back out for sale (some time next week)

I totally quit shopping the 84th street store in Omaha, when they refused to provide any type of equipment for those of us that have difficulty getting around, I.E. a wheelchair or electric cart. And I am not the only one. And even though the Council Bluffs location does have an electric cart, it is in very poor shape. And after they rearranged the racks and shelves, some aisles are completely inaccessible. And they started using tubs to put like items in, such as small kitchen utensils, etc. But they are so heavy some of us can’t lift them to see what is inside!! And with only two handicapped parking spaces, you would think they would make the employees leave them for the customers!! I don’t understand how you can go to work all day, ON YOUR FEET, but not be able to walk more than 5’ to the front door. In other words, this chain of stores is very unfriendly and/or discriminatory towards handicapped customers!!

I noticed the store had a pleasant smell along with a warm greeting from behind the counter I was told if I needed any help don’t hesitate to ask! Loved my experience at this council bluffs location
