If I could do a negative stars I would. We purchased ramps for the trailer rated for 1500 pounds. Loaded a mower on the trailer weighing 1100 pounds using the ramps and the ramps bent. We went to the store to get a refund and were told by Farid the Assistant Manager that we could exchange by ordering a higher rated ramp and pay the difference but we could not get refund as it is “store policy” not to issue refunds He would not consider working with company for factory warranty. He was extremely rude to the point his employees stated it was bad business. Will not spend a dime there again and will encourage everyone I know to go somewhere else.
And after looking at the BBB, tractor supply has a rating of 1.3. Will be also reporting this to BBB

I called there to find out about paint first person was talking to other people when I was on phone the second person did not know any thing very bad help they need to get better help and be more helpful

The old crew was so much better. They knew the products, they knew where they were and how to access them. I frequent this store. I've had the same issue with the same team members, even after I watched them learn the last time. There's maybe 2 people that know what they're doing now. Everyone else has been there for a couple months now and still can't figure out how to open a simple lock. I'm just going to drive the extra mile to bomgaars.

Well they made me change my review of the place. Horrible trying to return a defective product. The customer service is horrible online help. But after talking to the manager she made it right. I'm back in love with thus location. Thank you.
