“The experience with Mr. Car Shipper was great! I had to ship two vehicles from the East Coast to Texas. The service rep, the dispatch team, the driver (Khas) was flexible and reasonable even with unforeseen logistical constraints. The transport truck was too large to drive to the residence to pick up the vehicles. But the driver Khas was helpful in coming up with a workaround to help out. The only “downside” was that my vehicles arrived earlier than expected so I wasn’t able to personally receive them. But this is a good problem to have and I would take it any day over the alternative. The team was communicative and very helpful. I definitely recommend Mr Car Shipper for vehicle transport needs!”
