I wish I could put zero stars! This bank is a joke! Had my account for about 6 months and my card has been shut off 5 different times and of course you can't get ahold of anyone! Spent hours on the phone trying to get it all figured out and at the end of it all I have to wait 15 days to have access to my funds! Do not open an account here they are not helpful at all and good luck getting access to your funds!!

I'm not actually a customer but my best friend is and we go thru the drive thru a lot. They are always really nice and friendly never had any issues

Friendly bank. I’ve never had an issue with them. But I have tried to come on a Saturday twice and I even called ahead of time the second time to make sure they were open and they were closed both times. The person who answered must’ve been from a different branch. Because she had asked me what location I was going to. And we confirmed the one on West Broadway. Posted time is closes at noon. Not sure what the deal is here but it’s extremely inconvenient driving to that location and have them be closed. Please fix your times.

The Customer Service here is a definite fail!!! TS Bank lost my funds last week due to a system issue. When I went to deposit another check today their machine froze. The girl working forgot to turn her speaker off and I heard her call another employee and say, "um it's the same customer that her account was all mess up and she was throwing a fit." INAPPROPRIATE!! Selecting the "right" employees is hard to come by these days but seriously you could at least attempt to try!!!

Very unhappy,employees couldn't care less about customers needing help when there ATM machine rips me off 600.00 dollars. I definitely going further with my actions.
