I have had only good experiences with this store. I appreciate my packages arriving on my grandchildren’s PORCH! USPS shipments require my daughter to go to a locker in a mall! 🥴 UPS gets them to their front door in record time as well. Employees at this store are always friendly and helpful.

$3 boxes sold for $20. Service fees printing fees label fees. Charging for supplies that UPS gives them for free is a great business plan. Horrible customer service. It’s a same I have to go to FedEx to save $40 shipping with UPS.

He was very kind, helpful, compassionate. He did evrrything to meet my deadline, and succeeded. The USPS charges the same but will take 3 times longer. If im lucky. Great store. Very great staff.

Usually have not had any issues EXCEPT THIS LAST TIME! I dropped off a package for USPS because I needed this item shipped and was my only choice so the pkg could be sent back to my cellphone company in a timely manner (I work long days and Saturday was my only day off. When I track the package, it says “Label Created but not in system.” Did you send it or just pretend to and keep my pkg? I’ve tried calling you SEVERAL TIMES, and no one answers the phone. You need to send my pkg NOW.

Every time I come in to mail a package that the sender gives us a bar code for them to retrieve the label to put on the box, they want a $2.00 fee. This is absolutely ridiculous but let it be Amazon and they scan for a package label no questions about any fee.

DON'T DROP OFF PACKAGES HERE!!!! THIS IS THE SECOUND time I DROP off packages here and they don't make it to UPS

Horrible experience Mohan has the worst customer service skills I have ever seen. He seemed extremely bitter about having to accept Amazon returns. I would not go here if you can avoid it.

Stood in line for 15 minutes for a passport photo (there is a sign above that says PASSPORT PHOTOS as well as on-line) only to be told they do not do them at this location.
