We were having issues with a new phone that was purchased in North Carolina. Samsung said it was the motherboard, turned out It was an easy fix! All we needed was Mario at this location. I highly recommend the store!!! Top notch customer service that is hard to come by these days.

The staff at the Manawa location is amazing! So helpful and they were able to get us taken care of quickly. Unlike the verizon store staff which is a train wreck.

This store is OBVIOUSLY under new management. They are very helpful and go out of there way to be of SERVICE. Lexi was great and Tony is an asset to US Cellular. As a 15 year customer who has not been happy with this store in the past....I will be the first to say that these employees are great. I would hire both of them.

Last night my husband and I went into the store to upgrade both our phones. We went from Samsung to iPhone so you can image the headache it was as it’s not a very easy transfer to different systems. Last night we had Suzie helping us. I’m sorry if I miss spelled the name. She went above and beyond to help us. My phone unfortunately had to many photos and videos so it was taking forever to back up to google photos. Whom ever the manager is please please give her praise. Instead of saying this will take to long let’s do it tomorrow she ended up staying still about 930pm last night with me. Ended up getting approval to leave the phone their overnight to back up since it was gunna be a while yet. She then came in this morning to check and make sure everything backed up and it did when I spoke to her. That reassurance it great when you have almost 7 years worth of photos and videos on their. While we were waiting she took her time to help me figure out my iPhone and how it works. Unfortunately I did forget about Samsung notes and all the import things on their I will loose. She walked me through over the phone this morning on how to retrieve them online but said if that doesn’t work that I was more than welcome to come and take a picture of them before she has rest the phone She is an amazing employee and she is the reason I give this place a 5 star. Not to mention I missed his name last night but a male co-worker stayed with her till we were done which I am sure is a buddy system thing you guys have set up which is great but still the fact that he actually stayed is great. Again please please give her praise she is amazing. I will make sure to recommend your store to everyone I know and to make sure they ask for her. She really is great.
