Poor Customer Service. My wife went in to see why our bill was extremely high and to see why some of the things we paid off were not taken off our bill. They were extremely rude and could not do a thing for us. She asked how she could possibly get the bill to be lowered and yet it was the same thing. We were very disappointed in the fact they they could not tell us a thing or do a thing to help us on top of being rude and defensive. We will defiantly be looking into switching phone carriers due to the way she was treated.

It's my son's birthday today and he just wanted to upgrade his phone. We walked in at 4:45pm and no one even said anything to us for 2 1/2 hours. We walked out at 7:15.

I added a line to my plan and did a phone upgrade that I was due for. I was told my bill would only go up $70.00 the following month for the added line. I recieved my bill and it was $260.00 more than usual. I called customer service, got the run around and a day later someone called me saying they couldnt do anything to correct the issue. I tried to return the phone when I received the bill that was 3xs more than usual.....but since it had been over 20 days they would not accept a return. Mind you, I literally called them the day I recieved my bill to return the phone. Absolutley, terrible customer service.

Lindsay made the process from start to finish easy we normally hate having to go through the process of setting up new service but Lindsay went over everything down to the expectation of the first bill usually reps avoid doing this because the shock of the first bill but like I said she went over EVERYTHING! and had us in and out within 40 mins and that with porting 4 lines and setting up devices.

I had an insurance claim,they got the phone ordered,and they took credit card numbers and charged 49.00 for replacement of my Samsung a14 cell phone but it went to an auto dealership 5 miles away. After going and getting my new phone I took it directly to uscellular. After spe ding 2hours trying to turn my phone on he gave up and told me something about the Sim card not being accepted. I left,and went back 2 more times all these trips was first they sent me the wrong phone,it only hooks up with Verizon. So I was supposed to give them credit card and I didn't feel that was needed ,they already took the numbers once from me and held them until they were to get my original phone . And now they needed to correct there mistake by sending me the right phone. But they won't do unless I give them credit card numbers againe. And we'll that's where I am at this point . I just don't feel I need to give them the numbers againe for there mistake. And I don't want the chance they will charge the card againe. Even if it's a mistake ,seems like they are really expecting me to bail them out or they hold my card numbers hostage. They say they erase them but that's not true. Think about this,they want your credit card numbers I case you don't send in your original phone in,if you don't they take your credit card and charge you 140.00for your broken phone. Where does any of that sound fair to me,the guy who pays his insurance every month. And my phone bill.
