They want charge upgrade fees for long time customer plus charges for new upgrade phones with trade in . i don't think so. Scammers no loyalty what so ever . Then they want you to change your plan when you upgrade.

I had an issue with my phone plan and the employees laughed at me instead of helping me fix the problem. I called the Verizon 1-800 customer service line and they fixed the problem in 5 minutes. Don't waste your time going in to this store. If it can be handled online or over the phone, avoid this store at all costs.

We was talked into getting the 5G home wireless modem. We never used it. Trying to return this has been an absolute nightmare… unbelievable! I am a manger of a jewelry store for years now, the customer service is below par. Nothing should be this difficult, now we are facing a December bill of $400 dollars, $200 of this being this modem that we cannot simply return were we got it, which we have tried several times. Thanks for the terrible service Adam 😠

They lie, so they tell you they're gonna give you a free phone, but they don't tell you that they want you to sign app for a 3 year contract and when you go to pay off the phone, they won't let you pay it off because they say they're paying for the service, and they're paying for your phone. How in the hell? Is a phone going to be paid off in three years at twenty two dollars and twenty two cents do the math

Waited over an hour for service only to have a MAN get waited on before me. Saw MULTIPLE clerks walking around then going to the back room. Absolutely HORRIBLE service.

AJ told us lie after lie to get a sale. Then when returning to the store to try and get them to make corrections to receive the deals we were told we were getting, Alexander told us he could do nothing for us. Terrible service! This store is full of liars.

Want lessons in awful customer service? Come to this store, they're teaching a Master class - for free. Given the track record I'm sure they hold class every day. This takes cell phone store service and gives it a bad name.

Verizon is by far the worst cell phone service available

I had to wait around an hour and a half for my order. When we finally proceeded to the checkout process, their tablet died, and they told me I was out of luck. One of the lady managers was talking badly about another customer while coaching an employee. They aren't bad people, but they are not professional, productive, or helpful. I strongly recommend going to the 117 West Broadway location; it's much better.

We went in there for an upgrade. When we stated to the sales guy which phone we wanted. He asked why? That camera sucks. Well, that's not the "knowledge we want to hear" he spent half the time talking bad about Verizon and that he's looking for another job, and then had the audacity to belittle my mother in law and say "he'll talk to me more bc I'm younger and know technology better" he didn't offer any additional products. Didn't go over any of the price per month or incentives until we asked as he was practically saying, "Have a good day." Not exactly the service I expected from Verizon.
UPDATE: You know you try to give companies the benefit of the doubt, after all they are a big company, right? but it has 3 months. ... and yet no one has contacted me. so Google you asked if my review still stands as a 1 rating, yes, yes it does.

I took my disabled mother in to get her voicemail pin changed and to set up autopay. The store won't handle either of these things. We have to call customer service. Having elderly people handle their business over the phone is unethical as many people, especially those with dementia, are unable to navigate phone trees. I'm not sure what physical locations are for if normal business cannot be done at those locations.
