Placed a phone order to be picked up at this store my husband is a truck driver and broke his phone and this store was close for pick up he went into the store to pick up his phone was told he couldn't have the phone due to it being paid with with my card my husband called me to tell me what happened I called Verizon they had stated he canpick it up it's paid for s my husband went back in again and again was told no he told the manager to call Verizon my husband was told he is Verizon and was told to get out of his store and to never come back that he was band fromthe store they should be ashamed of this store and the manager and employees that work there

I took my disabled mother in to get her voicemail pin changed and to set up autopay. The store won't handle either of these things. We have to call customer service. Having elderly people handle their business over the phone is unethical as many people, especially those with dementia, are unable to navigate phone trees. I'm not sure what physical locations are for if normal business cannot be done at those locations.

Holly is amazing. Made my trip to Verizon very simple. She has a great attitude and is very helpful. Customer service, knowledge, all of it, 5stars!

Waited 45min. Only one girl asked if it was me that checked in. Manager left and asked how long and they said we will wait until he is back. No one had the decency to tell me it was going to take forever, no one cared to talk to me and see if I needed to schedule an appointment. There was one guy putting product away instead of actually taking care of customers. Such a slow store and bad experience.

Walking in was told hour and a half. Ok no big deal will go do some other things til then . Come back sit there another half an hour or so no help. While three employees are just walking around in the store and one helping someone. Still patiently waiting for my turn. Another couple walk in and I get told I will be after them. I said no thanks take me off the last and his reply is I have had people wait three hour.

Customer service was horrible. ALEXANDER "THE MANGER" was extremely disrespectful. My husband stopped in while on the phone with me. I'm overhearing the conversation, Alexander stated that the wait would be 30-45 minutes. My husband questioned the wait due to six associates on the floor and two customers being assisted. One other customer came in behind him. Mind you My Husband is very calm.My husband then advised me that he changed his mind and would just come back. I could hear Alexander refusing my husband's service. My spouse then questioned why was he being refused service if he was already leaving. Alexander then became extremely irate with him. Alexander was then corrected for his behavior and was asked for the store manager's information, but he refused to give information. He refused to provide any information so that we could report him to a superior. Alexander needs to be trained on the proper procedures of customer service. No customer should have to deal with such rude behavior nor should a corporation allow its customers to be treated as such by its associates.

Worse customer service! Don’t bother going to this store, you won’t get help.Alexander was very unpleasant and unprofessional!Jake the store manager made excuses and wasn’t helpful! Stated he worked 12 years at this store. It doesn’t matter if you work there a 100 years if you offer poor service . Horrible experience!

2 hour wait for anything there, 3 hours for them to get you with your phone and then when they give you a defective case and you go back you're told that it's another 2 hours in line.

If you have a technical question or repair issue show up an hour before close or they won’t help you. If you ask for a corporate number to complain about an issue they refer you to their customer service number who will state they can’t help because they are separate. from the stores. After 45 minutes finally got a supervisor who taking care of issue but had to drive to Omaha store to take care of technical issueUpdate went back two days later three hours before close and told 1.75-2 hours wait which would have put the rapid not being started until the hour before close, contradicting what he told me two days earlier. He also told me there would be a $30 charge for the service. When I told him this has never been done before the manger Jake told he had had been a manager for 12 years and you for become a manger for 13 years by giving people incorrect information. He put me on the wiring list so as I didn’t have to wait there and would give me a call when it was my turn. He never called me. Done with this store and about ready to switch from Verizon as their store manager Jake needs to learn not good to treat customers on this manner. Providing wrong infotainment is one thing but inferring the customer is lying is another. Verizon is this really what you want you store mangers to act like?

We were greeted right as we walked in and the wait was 15 minutes. We then were helped by Max who was extremely helpful, friendly, and informative. We purchased more then we expected but are completely happy with the prices of bundled discounts we recieved

Walked in looking to upgrade my phone. When I asked if they could check and see if I was eligible for an upgrade they said no download the my Verizon app. After waiting in line over two hours to discuss my phone options I left.

We went in there for an upgrade. When we stated to the sales guy which phone we wanted. He asked why? That camera sucks. Well, that's not the "knowledge we want to hear" he spent half the time talking bad about Verizon and that he's looking for another job, and then had the audacity to belittle my mother in law and say "he'll talk to me more bc I'm younger and know technology better" he didn't offer any additional products. Didn't go over any of the price per month or incentives until we asked as he was practically saying, "Have a good day." Not exactly the service I expected from Verizon.UPDATE: You know you try to give companies the benefit of the doubt, after all they are a big company, right? but it has 3 months. ... and yet no one has contacted me. so Google you asked if my review still stands as a 1 rating, yes, yes it does.
