I've been to this Walgreens a few times over the years and it was always a pleasant experience.I came in a couple months ago to get a passport photo taken and the whole process was a breeze.The gentleman working the photo department was really nice as well. He knew exactly what to do and what the process was.I would come back here for any photo that I need to take in the future.

Slowest pharmacy I've ever used. Drive thru was so slow I went inside. Still took 40 minutes. I'm switching to CVS Pharmacy.

Awful customer service and crazy wait times in the drive thru. So called manager just hung up on me. Going to a different pharmacy now. This place is a joke.

I would not recommend using this pharmacy! I have been unable to pick up my medication for 2 months. 2 MONTHS! All bc of Pharm Techs mistakes! This is unbelievably ridiculous! I got a larger dose prescribed of a medication I have been on for years, they continued to fill the lesser dose even though I had asked them not to-which screws up my insurance. After dealing with this for months I asked if there was anyway to put the lesser prescription on “hold” so it was not filled/b

Had to wait over an hour for my prescription to be filled prior to talking to staff in the pharmacy area on the phone that it would be refilled 4 days ago? And I wait confused but everyone has been really friendly through the frustration of waiting

Usually I like this pharmacy. However tonight I am a bit angry with you guys. My husband picked up a refill for his medicine not too long ago. Tonight I went to get him his medications before he went to bed like I always do. I was not able to find his medicine. My husband started to accuse me of either not paying attention and throwing his pills away, or taking them myself.

I am very upset. My daughter purchased a heating pad on August 10 and once we got it home, we realized it was very small and not what she wanted/needed. We went back within a few days to ask about exchanging it and they said we probably couldn't cause it was an OTC purchase... but we were sent back to find another, which we did, for the exact same price, although not what we really wanted.

I've been trying to pick up my prescription of insulin for almost a week now, but originally the girl working in the pharmacy that I gave my insurance card to didn't even enter my information into your system so when I showed up to pick up my prescription the price was over $1,600. So now I have waited another two days after giving the pharmacy my insurance information for the second time, and my insulin is still unable to be picked up. Meanwhile I am in DKA from rationing my insulin because I only have a few units left, so thank you for doing literally nothing for me.

I just lost my husband and have moved back home to Council Bluffs from Wildomar, CA where I lived with my husband. I am 61 years old in one month. I got into town a day earlier than expected and have no motel room. It's 5:31 AM and I need to have 4 prescriptions filled but before that, I need to use the restroom. Badly! This morning I need to go to the ssa office but of course, they are closed. Walgreen's is open. Last night when I got into town at about this same time, the manager at the one on east Broadway was very kind and let me use the restroom there. The manager here told me the restroom here, although, it has a big sign above the restrooms announcing that they are for customer use, aren't open until 7AM. This shows a lack of care for seniors and faithful customers. I have weak kidney as it is. The nearest grocery store to here let me use their restroom but there was a man in a pick up truck had sat in his truck and watched me for a long time and I felt unsafe there. I told the young manager here and he doesn't care. So I have to sit in my car in the cold weather and hold it for an hour and a half . I've never been denied toilet facilities at a Walgreen's in my life until tonight. I plan to report him to the company I have used faithfully for decades to fill my prescriptions and even worked for. It's a shame that young man hasn't any respect nor compassion for the elderly and the faithful. I may just switch to CVS for all my prescriptions and the myriad of product I've always bought at Walgreen's.
