I told pharmacist keep the change she was unable to count how much money i get back after getting my prescription!!! Didn't exsplain how use it eaither went ro my drs office have them show me .young uneducated and unable to know how much change to give back.so wasn't going stand there any longer.go back to highschool learn to do math please

I've been to this Walgreens a few times over the years and it was always a pleasant experience. I came in a couple months ago to get a passport photo taken and the whole process was a breeze. The gentleman working the photo department was really nice as well. He knew exactly what to do and what the process was. I would come back here for any photo that I need to take in the future.

The pharmacy staff really pulled out all stops to help me tonight. I am traveling in Iowa to visit one of my kids at college. My insurance doesn’t work here so I had to pay for a doctor’s visit and my meds out of pocket.They really took the time to help me out, both on the phone and in person. They were patient about it, too, so I didn’t feel like a total loser trying to get the cost down.Thank you so much. I was having a pretty rotten day and your excellent customer service went a long way toward making me feel better.

Came in on a Wed night. 24 hours is great. Friendly clerk and most importantly they carried the 1632 battery!!! Really a life saver as I went to two gas stations and the Hyvee and none of them carried it. Can always depend on Walgreens.

You have some woman that work the phones and the register in the pharmacy with little to no etiquette. They are rude. Dismissive. And under educated for all that money that was wasted for their degrees. If ya don't like your job then work some where you do like! Treating people like dirt will only come back to you. This has been multiple times over the last couple months.

Always friendly, willing to help, takes time to help each individual with their needs. Yes, drive through can busy and a bit slow, but prepare to have a wait, they are seriously busy and doing their best to serve each person.

I'd give a zero if I could! This place has screwed up my husband's prescription since the beginning of the year. We'll never have a prescription filled here again! They screw you around then tell you it's your fault. Not happy with this place at all.

Reason for this one star, is the fact the stores manager Kevin something put in a policy that customers can not manually put in their food card or can the employee, I assume that they can’t because the guy never offered. I live paycheck to paycheck and I get a big ole 23$ in food stamps for me and 2 kids. Don’t see point to order new card. So this store manager has lost a very loyal customer, since my currency was refused, well tax payers in the state of Iowa their currency. Walgreens on 25th Street will no longer enjoy my late night shopping adventures. I can’t shop at a store that is ran by someone who thinks it’s okay to deny money from their customers. Based off of what he thinks of the people in this town, not everyone has an interest in fraudulently buying products from Walgreens Kevin. Go look for your best friend Karen or go find yourself a new job.

Convenient because they are 24 hours but prices are a little high. Look for orange clearance tags and you'll love the price. Friendly people work here.

Everything you come to expect from Walgreens. Great photos and easy to print in-store or order online. Good price on brand name cigarettes as well.

I just called to talk to someone in the pharmacy. I need to find out what medications my Mom is on because she is in the hospital in ICU. They are keeping her incapacitated which means she can't call them herself. The doctor needs to know if she is on any medication for her rheumatoid arthritis. I was trying to find out but I think she said her name is Kate sounded as if she was in a big hurry and didn't really want to help me. I was explaining the situation and she hurriedly interrupted me, and put me on hold. Then when she got back on the phone she sounded annoyed with me. She asked me my Mom's birthday. Well I know the month, and day, but not the year. So I told her however I do know my Mom's name of course, and her phone number and she rudely cut me off telling me that she could help with that information if my Mom herself called them, or if the nurse called them and then let me go. She was rude, she was not considerate, or caring at all. She did not help me in any way, shape, how or form. She served me with very rude, lousy, customer service! She is a lousy employee in my opinion and deserves to be fired. This is an emergency I was trying to find this information out for the doctor at CHI Mercy Hospital. They are keeping my Mom asleep so this information is like vitally important for her health and well being. So you're so called employee needs to learn to be a little more kinder and try and actually help customers when they call for help of a loved one who cannot help themselves right now!
