To call this pharmacy, you first end up talking to a call center who can't answer the specific questions you need answers to. Then they transfer you to the pharmacy at the store and they think it's acceptable to just put your call on hold without even saying a word. How about the common courtesy of saying "please hold" before dumping a call on hold?

So another pharmacy said they didn't ha be my medicine and to call around and see who does. Well even though I do get some prescriptions from Walgreens, they CAN'T tell you whether they have a medicine???? How stupid is that? Do you think the doctor is going to call around? Time to find a new pharmacy. Tired of Walgreens ATTITUDE!!!

Worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Scripts are never filled when they are supposed to be. I just sat in line for over 30 minutes for the pharmacist to scream "good luck!" Over the com system and completely close shop. I am 5 months pregnant and will now be spending tomorrow very sick and going through withdrawal because the pharmacy didn't have my medicine ready yesterday and then closed doors leaving everyone in line to go without today.

My husband was just talking to me about something a cashier (Veronica) had said, when she interrupted and said, “I can refuse service with that attitude.” (Nobody had an attitude or was talking to her.) never going back. Terrible customer service after I had JUST helped a customer with directions because an employer couldn’t. 😐😐😐😐

Was talking with my wife and explaining to her what your cashier was talking about and your cashier interrupted our conversation and said she could just refuse our service with that attitude

Even when I get a message saying my prescription has been filled I have to wait, and wait. Today is the last time I will be waiting! Changing Pharmacies as soon as I get done getting my meds.

This review has nothing to do with the actual employees inside the physical store.
Walgreens pharmacy “call center” and the corporate yahoos that make managing mental health a literal nightmare need to try and use their own systems for themselves or their families. Put aside the medicine shortages, insurance copays, miscommunications between pharmacy and doctors and patients- this chain is HORRENDOUS when it comes to helping their customers and patients.
Between the three Walgreens in town, East Broadway isn’t the worst of them. I’ve just had to deal with this one most frequently. Never. Again.

I always come to this Walgreens to pick up my prescription. I also never write bad reviews or reviews in general but the lady I talked to tonight in the pharmacy drive through was very rude. I simply came to pick up my order because I am really sick and once I told her that she straight up gave me an attitude and told me to go to the front cause it would take to long for her. EVEN though I selected the drive thru pick up option. I'm sorry but that's laziness . Otherwise the ladies at the front your amazing and always are whenever I come here .

Good customer service would include helping a customer find a coupon on the Walgreens app. Instead of lecturing the customer to down load all the coupons that they are going to use before they stop into the store... Not just once but three times the employee repeated that they frown upon standing in line and clipping the coupon. Didn't plan on stopping into the store just happened to see it advertised on a sale tag under the product. Ended up not being able to use the coupon. She could of helped me... Walgreens on East Broadway at 11:00pm on November 21st...
