This Walgreens by far has the best customer service, cleanliness and fully stocked shelves than the rest.

There should be a way to award a negative number of stars when rating the drive through service.
48 minutes trapped between cars, listening to the staff tell customers they can't locate their prescriptions, or they aren't actually ready yet,
Maybe plan for busy times, or just sell the business to an actual pharmacy that can handle more than 2 customers per 30 minutes.

Tried to pick up my prescription that they text and said was ready. I get there and they don't have it and won't for 2 days. The pharmacy tech was so rude and not helpful at all. Could care less I was not able to get it. Time to find a more competent pharmacy.

Pharmacy people is great, but when i asked if they have a price match with other store sample target they told me No very rude. Even google said they Do! (Please some one above re train your people in policy if yes) I need it a vics humidifier in there store was $49.99 and there only said $44.99 but at Target online was at $42.99 also at Walmart too $42.99 way cheaper. But they told me they don't do price match so.

The pharmacy is extremely unreliable. I’ve called on multiple accounts to get status on when my prescription may be ready. They usually say 30 minutes. I’ll show up 2-4 hours later and it still won’t be ready. Plus super long wait times.

Lady who picked up the phone in the pharmacy department was super rude and disrespectful. I never say this but she absolutely deserves a stern talking to from higher ups. She cut me off multiple times and was super disrespectful and had a demeaning tone when asking simple questions about my prescription. Don’t do business here try fareway or Hyvee also had my prescription delayed multiple times.

Triple check the expiration dates of the sunscreen products at the Walgreens on Bennett in Council Bluffs! Sadly, I found not one or two sunscreen bottles with a past expiration date (04/2024 in this one's case) but a whole row before I stopped looking.
Having accidentally used expired sunscreen before, this is a dangerous situation for consumers. The staff AND customers need to be more diligent when making purchases, and this is a prime example.

Their pharmacy sucks and they have piss poor Customer Service and you can't even reach the store itself. You have to go in if you want to see a person or even talk to person ain't sure if they're gonna even be able to help me if I go there

Lately it takes a very long time to get medications. Plan on having to wait awhile. If you need to be somewhere in a certain amount of time I would advise that you leave and come back later.

Rudest pharmacy staff I've ever encountered. Unprofessional, and un-accommodating, Allowed another customer to cut in front of me, then closed the window on me. My doctor sent an immediate prescription over that they claimed wasn't ready until tomorrow which is complete lie. I have seizures, no ability to drive and had a ride waiting. They told me they "HAD TO CLOSE THE PHARMACY FOR LUNCH!!!l" I would suggest ANY other pharmacy, or at minimum, one where staff have at least attended one customer service course. Oh I'll be back tomorrow alright.... But if one of the doctors I worked for saw me behaved this way I'd be fired on the spot.

The pharmacy here is AWESOME! I've been going here for years. Traci and Lonnie are so personable, and really do everything they can for me, and their staff is friendly.I won't go anywhere else!
