Lately it takes a very long time to get medications. Plan on having to wait awhile. If you need to be somewhere in a certain amount of time I would advise that you leave and come back later.

Rudest pharmacy staff I've ever encountered. Unprofessional, and un-accommodating, Allowed another customer to cut in front of me, then closed the window on me. My doctor sent an immediate prescription over that they claimed wasn't ready until tomorrow which is complete lie. I have seizures, no ability to drive and had a ride waiting. They told me they "HAD TO CLOSE THE PHARMACY FOR LUNCH!!!l" I would suggest ANY other pharmacy, or at minimum, one where staff have at least attended one customer service course. Oh I'll be back tomorrow alright.... But if one of the doctors I worked for saw me behaved this way I'd be fired on the spot.

Maybe the pharmacy should have more than 2 people on staff allowing a provider to call & correct an issue so a prescription can be dispensed. Have been to Walgreens and the drs office twice now today and just called them both again. For an antibiotic. For a child. So much run around! Should have just been one simple phone call to resolve but...inadequate staffing (and the lack of desire to help) has us still waiting over 3 hours later.

I have been a Walgreens customer for over 30 years. I loved Walgreens I would go there and end up spending over $60 each time on different buys that they would have. I've always gotten my prescriptions refilled at Walgreens as well and never had a problem. The only thing that's happened recently is I switched Walgreens locations and with that switch I have actually lost the great customer service that I had been provided in the past. Since I switched to the new location of Walgreens located on the corner of Madison and Bennett in Council Bluffs Iowa the customer service has completely gone down my prescriptions are never ready when I'm told. I've now had to go without my medication due to there lack of concern for my health. The pharmacist Tracy actually suggested I go to a different pharmacy. She didn't want to deal with a dissatisfied customer because her father in law just died. Yeah well my MOM just died so I trump you. Waiting to hear from corporate on this.

I've been coming here for years to get my prints done. I do some traveling and am very picky on my prints. Every time I send my photos in I'm greeted with professionalism. They always go the extra mile to make sure I'm satisfied with my order and if I have any issues they are always quick to make it right. I would recommend the Bennett Ave Walgreens location for your photo needs.

This store is always clean and stocked. The people are nice and helpful. Worth the drive up 1st to avoid the other one on broadway. They are like night and day.

This place was a disaster. I go here every now and then, and my most recent experience is from a couple days ago. My wife and I stopped into find some 'hard to find' makeup that is supposed to be hitting our Walgreens any day now - from my wife. We walked in and were greeted right away by the front cashier, which is the only saving grace from this experience. We walked around the cosmetic section and couldn't find what we are looking for. There was a lady purchasing a lot of toilet paper at the cosmetic counter, (that crap irritates me as it is), and she was SO SLOW, the customer, not the cashier. But the cashier didn't say one word to my wife and I, not a 'Just one moment', or a 'do you need help with anything'. You can still greet another employee while checking another one out. Then I remember I saw another employee doing something under the counter, I thought she was looking for something. But when I walked to the other side of the counter, I looked down and she bent down and ON HER PHONE! I couldn't get over that. I was so shocked, my wife and I just left. I should have said something, but again, was very shocked. I probably won't be going back to this Walgreens again. The service was horrible and if the employees don't care about helping out the customers, what's the point of giving them my business?
