It's disrespectful. I went with my husband and he wanted to buy a drink and they didn't want to sell it to him because they asked us both for ID and I didn't have the thousand. That had never happened to us anywhere.

They put this big protein box in the locker !!!! WHY ???? This is not smart at all .Management is very funny :):):):):) . I will never shop there again , this is making me sick.

The store was okay, huge but not many people to help out. I was waiting to talk to the deli worker and she was ignoring me. I finally said excuse me, and she grumbled something about being busy, as she was cleaning the meat cutter the whole time. She could have easily said, we're closing, or at least allowed me to ask the question I had.

Last time I was there, bought some sodas. The employees and shoppers behind me when I was checking out said my PIN number out loud. Btw any money goes missing and Walmart won’t be safe.

My pickup order was missing a container of yogurt. Not expensive, I know, but inconvenient. I drove back to the store to see if I could get it. I was told to call customer service to get a refund. I called when I got home. I was on hold for 15 minutes waiting for customer service. No one answered and the call finally disconnected. The poor operator tried 3 times to get through. She said 3 people were working the desk and she even announced my call over the intercom. Not real happy about getting no response! Maybe someone in charge will read this and respond!

I used to love this store until 1/30/25. I stopped to get a rotisserie chkn after work and was told it would be 20 minutes. I finished my shopping and came back and waited another almost 30 minutes as people came and went. The young woman working the deli counter was the most rude and unprofessional person I have ever met. Clayton, if this is the best caliber of employee you can get then I'm sorry your in trouble. There are alot of people that spend alot of money in your store in which I WAS one.

I had a order last nite and it was never delivered, notified delayed..I ordered this morning and order incomplete..no drinks or dog food..I have been in your store and coke, dr pepper. and dog food avsilable...I AM SETIOUSLY CONSIDERING DROPPIN SUBSCRIPTION TO WSLMART PLUS FOR LOUSYSERVICE...I am a senior citizen who appreciates delivery but not with shoddy service...also tried calling this morning and hung up on 3 times..no way to keep customers happy...

i had lost a very sentimental bracelet here, called and they told me they found it and would put it away for when i return. i come back a few weeks later (im not from this area) and someone lost/stole my bracelet. they were ABSOLUTELY ZERO help in helping me get it back or even offering any sort of support
