If you need a trustworthy mechanic with good pricing look no further! As a single female I get so nervous about mechanic shops. Westend has always taken very good care of me and my cars. Very professional and friendly. They fix things right the first time!

I had front end suspension issues. I was qouted 1300.00 to get fixed. Initially, I did not consider a alignment. Day before my appointment, I called to confirm to drop my car off. Also in this phone call, I asked if an alignment will be involved. I was told no. That's a separate appointment. I specifically said, you're working on my whole front end, isn't that important! Response was, a lot of that can be adjusted. Ok, I was worried a tire would fall of or IDK.... So I'm like ok, I need this fixed. It was fixed. $1,386.00 later but no alignment. I've spoken to one (home mechanic, but works for a towing co) spoken to another mechanic who has worked for his Dad since whenever, And, I called Lyles to get my alignment because, you.... West end Auto, suck! Lyles told me I got screwed

I've had my Honda Odyssey in here twice. They weren't my "usual" shop, but when my regular mechanic was off work for and extended period of time due to medical issues, my alternator went out. After calling around to a few different shops in the area, these folks were one of the only ones in town who could take a look at it within a week. Everyone I encountered there was courteous and professional even in the midst of very a very busy time (phone must've rung 5 times while I was there). The work they did was good and when I encountered issues with the alternator again within the allotted warranty, they got my vehicle in right away and remedied the issue. Will definitely be back for more work in the future. Good work done at a fair price with great customers service (which seems to be a rarity these days).
