Ordered food online and said wouldn’t be ready till 740 which wld have been an hr n half so I called store to see if I cld pick up at 7 and guy in background said he was already working on it so id imagine it had sat the whole 45 minutes cause when we picked it up at seven food was cold n fries were soggy!

We went in at 3 no pizza or tea came back at 7 still no pizza & no tea couldn’t get no one to help until we talked to Dawn & she was very nice & pleasant 8 offered to come help in the back if someone could take our order & the lady who came to take our order was rude and told us it would take about an hour for delivery & pick up so we thanked Dawn and left Dawn seemed to be the only person who was actually working both times we went in she deserves a raise while the others are just wasting companies time and money and we asked if they could make tea they said no because morning shift did not make any that made no sense to us but I guess if no one does there job than no one else has to is there thoughts except for Dawn who was working the counter the back & answering everyone’s questions! My question is how is it ok for one person to be working there butt off while 3 others aren’t doing shit but playing with the dough for the crust we were in there for at least 20 mins both times and he played with the same dough both times for the whole 20 mins each time made me wonder if it was the same dough for 4 hours apart we left and ordered pizza elsewhere horrible experience and when I visit Cresco in the future we will not go to this Casey’s again there are other stations in that town as for my family that lives there they said it is always like this maybe surprise visits from upper management however I do know Dawn should be recognized for her hard work and dedication towards your company if it wasn’t for Dawn I would have given you the lowest rating possible!!! Please fix the staffing issues because my guess is Dawn can only carry them for so long alone. She must have apologized a million times & genuinely looked ashamed but still tried to smile and be professional!

I was getting pizza out of the warmer and a older lady with long blond white hair that was working in the kitchen on 12/9/23 was watching me get pizza out of the warmer and she made a comment about my hands touching all the pizza when I was not putting my hands on the pizza expect for the pizza I was getting and that my hands were probably dirty when my hands were clean this is unnecessary rudeness she could of simply just asked me what I was doing this happened and Cresco Casey’s Iowa

I went to Casey’s for some pizza and this older lady with blond hair up into a ponytail with a black hat on she made a comment to me stating to not touch all the pizza with yo ur dirty hands and my hands are clean I read the reviews on here and this has not just happened to me. It happened to another lady tonight as well. This is ridiculous. This woman needs to get fired. She was working in the kitchen, and she said that to me which was really rude She needs to get fired. I’m never coming back here.

Can any of you big shoots tell me why in hell people have to deal with a computer robo voice and it takes almost 15 minutes to talk a humanbeing. You only had three 3 people one cashier 2 pizza makers that need more help you've just lost a customer. Theses people are doing 4 or5 people's work can't you get people to hired??

This place is a joke. I stood at the sub counter for 10 minutes, the kid at the counter kept looking at me, and instead of helping me, ignored me and went off in the back to screw around with his coworker, eventually a guy from the back told me that they didn't do subs anymore, I felt like he lied to me and was too lazy to make a sandwich. I ended up just grabbing a slice of pizza and a can of chips, went to the counter, where I stood once again for another 5 minutes because the kid decided to screw around in the back and was loudly mocking and singing at his coworker. He finally scanned my two things and I was finally able to leave. The food is not even all that good. It's mediocre at best, Casey's needs to get new employees.

Bacon egg and cheese toastwich had such hard bread, that it made my mouth start bleeding after taking a bite. I bled on my toastwich.Also, why stop selling the egg salad croissants? They used to be my most favorite thing to buy for lunch. Please bring them back. Still a great place that sells and delivers pizza and the delivery service has improved greatly.

Entry floor had ketchup smeared and was very slippery. Cashier was on his phone typing. Bud Light Seltzer is clearly marked $12.99. It rang up $15.99. Cashier checked and said that deal was done on the 5th. today is the 22nd. He would not honor the price and said the manager needs to get new signage. UGH. Kwik Star next time.

The Gas Station is great! The food was Fantastic but, lately it's gone down hill.. not all stores just this one... Overall I recommend but, with caution. :)

Good pizza per usual, rude staff. Stood in line to pay and they were chatting amongst themselves, 2 at least had their masks on correct but the older blonde lady was rocking the chin diaper. Cool.
