“The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because my room was on the second floor and I had to climb the stairs carrying my luggage (I'm handicapped). The rooms were beautiful and well-appointed, the mattress extremely comfortable, and the towels were very fluffy and soft. The front desk was extremely helpful, going well above and beyond to assist me in finding a ride to the bus station in a neighboring town. Although Champaign was new to the area herself, she eagerly and enthusiastically sought out all available sources for my transportation to Waterloo. Many thanks to the amazing contractor who was working there that day that found me a safe, secure ride, enabling me to reach the bus station to get home. I just can't say enough about these wonderful people!!! If ever in Iowa again, I will make a special trip to Cresco to stay there again!!!”
