First off I want to say I’m a single mom with an inoperable tumor on my spine just found out last year and it causes severe back pain.
Needless to say I didn’t have enough income to claim my children or to even file taxes so my fiancé claimed us but it got rejected due to my ex claiming one child that he wasn’t supposed to so I went to the Cresco office to file my taxes, I have 3 kids to claim and the lady there said we weren’t allowed to claim head of household and we were not allowed to receive the child tax credits for any of my children… so our return went from 12000 to 2,000 back and she wanted me to pay $95 for her submitting my taxes electronically….
I reached out to another tax firm and they looked at my tax’s and said the opposite of what she had told me. We efiled our taxes and now we’re getting all the child tax credits and all the credits.
We are now fully paid our federal return of 12500$
This lady was completely judgmental and biased.
She literally asked me why I can’t do a sit down job?
Little does she know my tumor is bigger than a softball right on my tailbone affecting my nerves no doctor can touch it it’s called a tarlov cyst.
I highly recommend and suggest people don’t go to simile was the last name.
Nobody is doing anything about my ex claiming my daughter… and we’re out another 3500 and she didn’t even bother to help me….
We used H&R Block since 2007 they just lost about 15 customers since then because my family and my fiancé’s family all went there too.
