This creston McDonald's cannot pull itself together. First of all specialty burger, looks like and taste like it was made 2 hours ago. And they seem to be training a bunch of managers who dont give a heck. Also flies flies everywhere

This place is consistently wrong, order not right, sandwiches thrown together, long wait time in drive thru because of short staffed. I keep thinking things will get fixed.. just not the case! I'm done with this location.

I know what this place was like before, and I expected a certain level of taste and service speed here. I was very disappointed to sit in a drive through and wait just short of 25 minutes for 4 fries, 2 chicken, and 2 double cheeseburgers with only 1 car ahead of me. The service was sloppy and the fries were luke warm and should have been disposed of. This seems to be a common complaint around town.

The Bathroom was full of flies! Gross! Then we waited for 20 min in drive through with only 5 cars ahead of us. I’ve never seen such slow service at a McDonald’s

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been in by far! I understand that sometimes in fast food businesses that things aren’t always perfect but I’ve been here five times and every time it gets worse! Ice cream that’s melted to a shake by the time I get to the car. Last time they left the meat off my Big Mac and I was supposed to get a free meal on my next visit which I’ve currently been waiting 30 minutes to talk to a manager about while orders are steady being taken and prepared. Fries were cold every time! Plus no matter what time of day they always seem understaffed.

I love my hometown, just not my hometown McDonalds. Don't plan on fastfood, waited in line 29 minutes for my order. Service is slow and getting slower. I wish I could say this was an isolated incident, but it's not.

Sad. This place needs to be torn down and a bigger one built on a bigger lot. There's not enough parking spaces and the booths are so crammed together there's not enough room to sit unless you're a skinny minny. There's never enough workers. Wait time at the drive through is anywhere from 30 to 45 minutes, and I'm not kidding. I'm retired so I have the time to wait but there are MANY that pull out of line because they've waited over 10 to 15 minutes.

waited 20 mins today for breakfest and a smoothie. smoothie came 1st and mich later the food came and the food was cold. when questioning staff they complained that they were short staffed. while waiting for my food watched them remake 5 orders because customers brought them back because they were made wrong. now my kids who were already hangry wont eat because theor food is cold and we are on our way to a wedding

Once again, an epic fail. They can't follow instructions and management is rude. What's so hard about leaving cheese off of a sandwich when asked? Evidently they don't care if someone has food allergies. This particular McDonald's has a reputation for messing up. If I were a hiring manager at any business in Osceola and an application came across my desk with McDonalds Osceola Iowa as a prior employer, I would definitely throw that application in the trash. This McDonalds is totally worthless. I want to talk to district management because someone needs to get this one under control. If you're hungry, best go somewhere else if you want what you ordered. You will never get that at this McDonald's. They should close their doors. Customer centric they are not.

It's not that hard to make burgers and fries. If they can't make a simple Big Mac I hate to see how well the place is being cleaned. I rarely go to McDonald's but that Big Mac craving comes by a few times a year. They won't lose much by me not being a customer but I might live a few more years by not consuming their food.

Service was slow. Staff was friendly. I don't think the employers are training staff properly. Fries were cold and 2 of three burgers were wrong(asked for no onions). Very congested parking lot. Needs some work. Could use a remodel. Used to be a good McDonalds.

This is an old building and the parking lot is congested. They are very busy especially at lunch time and could stand to have an update. The staff was very friendly and although they forgot one order of fries, they apologized and quickly got me taken care of.

Stopped at the drive through Tuesday, 11-20-18, at 2:33 p.m. I waited a l o n g time at the window. I finally got out and tapped on the window. Absolutely no one was around. I could see about 5 take out orders. Seven cars were behind me. Finally the manager came and told me they don't appreciate my tapping on the window. She said she'd give me my money back! Dang, I was hungry. I just wanted my food. Called headquarters. They were nice at least.

Slow for placing order and to have food brought to table.Looked like plenty of help but possible training.One person in front of me for placing order.Had to wait 7 minutes to place order and then another 9 to have food delivered.

Not sure what was happening, but I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese. I was asked to pull over because it would be a bit. I waited probably more than ten minutes - as did the car in front of me and behind me. They brought the food with an apologly, and I left. Drove down the highway towards home, took a bite, and then pulled out a long hair! I fortunately have never experience this before and it made me ill. I called, and was asked my name. She said she would tell the employees to give me something free when I came back, or would send me some buy one - get one free coupons. The last thing you want when you have a bad experience with food is more of that food! I told her I wanted her to go to their kitchen because someone wasn't covering their long hair, and it made me sick. I get it's fast food. I also hope to not get 'it' again.

I went to the drive thru and ordered. She didn't ask if that completed the order, it was just quiet. So I said that was all. She finally got the total on the screen. I went around and paid. She just slaps the change and receipt in my hand. Says nothing. I told the 2nd window person about the 1st not being nice, and she just laughed and said she would tell her. How rude and immature the both of them were. Last Friday I went to get breakfast and no one was there to take an order, so I went to Casey's. Creston McDonald's is not getting any more if my money.

I have had good and not the greatest experiences here. Usually they good made up for the bad or have made things right when mistakes have been made. I recently ordered on the mobile app and submitted my order when leaving the grocery store, a few minutes later when I pulled into the parking lot and put the lot # I was parked in and my food arrived shortly after, so that was a good experience. I decided to try the Sweet BBQ Bacon buttermilk chicken sandwich and it was really good, I also ordered fries and a coke, the fries were hot and crispy and the coke tasted good as well. I come here for breakfast and iced coffees several times a month and usually don't have any issues and get pretty good deals off of the McDonalds app. I once ordered an iced Carmel coffee and was handed a hot Carmel coffee, when I told her I ordered iced she told me to keep the hot one and the iced one was ready within a minute! One time I was using the app to order a bogo happy meal and the older gentleman employee said his scanner wasn't working and told me the full price, I told him I wanted the deal on the app and he just said he couldn't do the discount, I asked to speak to a manager (who was near by) all of a sudden the manager rushed over and took off one of the Happy Meals prices and apologized, good way to handle the situation. Some of the employees just don't know what to do and maybe just don't have enough experience. I have definitely seen them short staffed and thought that the managers on duty were doing all they could to keep things going the best they could, I even witnessed a couple employees getting into a fight before, so sometimes the entertainment alone is worth stopping in! You can't expect too much from a McDonalds, so I don't normally have the highest standards here! They have plenty of seating which can get filled up at their rush times and the parking lot can get full and the drive through be backed up, but hey it's a popular fast food establishment in a small town. One time we got a 4pc chicken nugget happy meal that had 6 nuggets! Jackpot! They have a red box outside too!

It's the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Food is rarely done right, the ice cream machine has been down for a month so far. Whatever you do, don't go inside and eat! Don't wanna see the degenerates making your food!
