An aggressive dog met us and other employees that had walked in. They told us check-in was at eight, but when we arrived, they had moved it to 10. very rude employees.Drive to Afton to deal with their U-Haul service! Much worth the drive!

It has a racist vibe, they should keep the dog on a leash as he is aggressive and tries to attack people who arrive.

Aboslutely the worst customer service by Gayla Lundy, daughter of the owners Shelly and John Cook. Gayla met the criteria for EVERY reason to not have her, let alone anyone, in customer service that is representing a family run business. Straight out of the gate she was disinterested, unprofessional, rude and both body and verbal communication was abrasive. She reacted to pertinent questions of my concern and safty for all parties with towing and loading a 625# motorcycle for the first time and traveling 6hr/400 miles as the only driver. Her response was, "If you can't load your Harley on this trailer, than you shouldn't be riding one!" She continued her verbal abuse with undermining my choice to pick the trailer up on that day, Thursday, when I might not leave til Sat. I explained my need to pick it up Thursday and she continued her antics.I refused to be abused by her as a paying customer, so her mother, Shelly Cook concluded the contract with me. She was EXTREMELY helpful and I left feeling like Shelly cared enough to ensure safety and proper instructions for a successful journey. Shelly profusely apologized for the behavior of Gayla, stating that she has been having some issues in life. Don't we all? That's not a free pass to berade a customer! Neither does the event told to me by John, the owner, that a 26 yr old guy dropped his Harley twice attempting to load it and he sat down on the ground and cried and somone else had to load it for him. John was laughing when he told me this and the story was relayed to me after I expressed concern for loading mine myself. He was laughing at a customers demise!!!! Who does that???

Tried calling several times over a half hour time period. Hours indicate business should be open. I don't even reach a voicemail to leave a message. Come on guys...run a business like a business.
