I very rarely review anything but this company deserves to praised for their excellent products and the unbelievable customer service. I was having some issues with my 6.0 powerstroke- hard start, no start, etc. After extensive research, I determined that my FICM was done and I would need a new one. After many online investigations of who to purchase one from everything was pointing me in the direction of FICM repair, and I'm very glad that was the route I took. After my initial order was placed for my new FICM and new relay, I received a call the next day from an extremely interesting individual from the company named Ed- he is the owner of the company. The detailed conversation, that continued on for approximately 45 minutes, was one of the most informative pre-purchase conversations I have ever had with anyone, let alone an owner of the company selling the product. Ed is incredibly intelligent and really understands these powerstrokes inside and out. After my initial conversation with Ed about my powerstroke- he had given me numerous options to think about for my repair- I contacted them the next day to finalize my order of my new FICM and relay. The delivery was very quick and I installed the new parts and everything worked flawless- I returned my used one to them and have already been credited my core back to my credit card. This company went above and beyond to assist me with all of my questions and concerns with some of the best customer service that I have ever experienced and incredible knowledge. I will recommend anyone I know in the same situation as I was to contact Ed- FICM repair- and have a discussion with him about your issue. This company truly does care and it shows by every person I communicated with during my purchase. Great job, keep up the great work!

Ed and Blake have both gone out of their way on several occasions to help me with my trucks (Ford 6.0s) which are critical to the business I run.
I recently spoke with Ed regarding a turbocharger problem with one of the trucks; he dropped what he was doing and talked me through it even though I hadn't purchased the charger through him, which I truly regret. All the other upgrades I've made to my trucks with parts recommended and purchased through them have been fantastic.
These guys know diesels better than just about anyone I've spoken with, and they care for their customers. I give them my highest recommendation. Check out their YouTube and social media channels for a massive wealth of knowledge on diesel truck maintenance, diagnostics, repairs and performance upgrades.

Great customer service, Ed took time to discuss options for the issues I was having with my truck (HPOP). When it turned out that my first choice of pump was going to be delayed due to a manufacture delay, the staff worked with me to get a great alternative in a timely manner. Great follow-up after the sale just to make sure everything worked out. Thanks Ed and team!

Very poor service. I purchased an alternator and some wiring from them for over a $1000. It was promised to be shipped out the next day and I didn't receive it for over a week. Then, when I got the alternator it was dead on arrival. It did not work, so I sent it back for It to be repaired or replaced. After several weeks, the company claimed the package was lost in the mail and all they received was just the shipping label. The company did not try to help rectify the issue by replacing the alternator. I will not be doing business with them again.

Just got off the phone with the guy and he would not let me off until he answered ALL my questions. AND I WAS NOT BUYING ANYTHING FOR NOW!!! I would be out of my mind not to buy EVERYTHING from these people!! OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HARD TO COME BY!!

ordered a ficm, Ed called next morning, we talked fer an hour, i bought whole bunch more stuff, my mechanic Son Alex did injectors, ficm, battery cables, lotta stuff. I wish i had Ed`s patience & energy & knowledge. truck runs great, hey Ed, can fix the rust haha, THANK YOU & God bless America

Blake took extra time to help us with a very complicated electronic issue on an LB7 Duramax, including writing a detailed email helping explain the complexity of the problem to the customer. Charged a very fair price for verifying functionality of the ECM, and gave advise that ended up helping us greatly with the final repair. Would give 6 stars if possible.
