I’m very disappointed in this store . The delivery guys delivered a sectional couch to my house it has a huge Huge Defect on it . The side of the couch came all the way off it swing all the way back on the side of the couch . What’s so unprofessional the manager at the store didn’t even call me about it . Never again Davenport Iowa store . Then the sale person lie to me big time saying the couch was brand new which was Lie . So if you ever do go Thur them go in person . But Davenport Iowa store a big joke

They are nice friendly people but when it comes to getting payments correct they have a very hard time doing that. They have told me I was good on payment until certain days then take out payment earlier than they said causing me to go negative in my account several time. Never have I had this issue with rent a center and I’ve added multiple things to my payments and they have always had everything come out same pay cycle. Too much trouble trying to get on same page as to when and what payments will be coming out.
