2am call. Guy showed up bout 2:25am, checked the flat tire to see if it’d hold air(bad tire), filled the donut spare, had us gone in 20 minutes. Ty!! Guy was super nice.

Action towing has helped me out on several occasions when I was in a bind and needed towed. They were prompt and affordable! I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my towing needs!

So far so good. Did not know they do mechanical work i have a dedicated transmission shop i use but was in a bind as my vehicle started having major problems could not tell if it was transmission or motor. Limped it to there shop and in a few hours upon leaving got a call with diagnostic and it was motor and estimate was around 12 to 15 hundred bad ecu basically fresh plugs coils and wires and an ecu from there supplier was needed work has begun same day dec 9th so far efficiency customer service has been superb as far as craftsmanship proper materials used once it's done i will update so far these guys get er done ✔️ Dec 16 progress was made worked the weekend to get new parts installed was a wait for parts. Had slight hiccup stalling after test drive issue was resolved another issue arose and needed a new fuel injector. Not charging labor for injector and offered a ride to shop to get vehicle once injectors installed. They have went above and beyond to get my vehicle back to road worthy if not for lean times they would get more than they charged me honesty integrity and character still matter to some shops and people. Will update again if anything comes up which I'm confident and hopeful nothing will.

Tride to sell me a Harley-Davidson trike and said it was very nice and they would have it all washed .I drove from Minnesota with a rented trailer. I got there it was in back not washed .it is leaking oil and garbage in the trunk oil and battery light on. They took it off face book so I wouldn't leave a bad review. Beware of these guys

After a long day of bad luck dealing with a car that had a wheel bearing break and had no way of putting a tire back on. After dealing with one tow company that backed out on us last minute and told us they couldn't do anything about it, Action Towing made it right and saved the day. He had the best customer service, wanted to make sure I was taken care of, made sure to keep me informed of every step of the process, showed up very quickly even at 10pm. Highly recommend going through them for any towing needs or roadside assistance. Thank you again for saving the day!

Towing yep I recommend, but they pulled my transmission and had it rebuilt put it back. They left off the skid plate missed the flex plate that was bent and adapter plate cracked. 3 trips because it wasn't fixed I took it to the shop that fixed the transmission and it's been gone through again. It cost me a lot of down time and money.

They are amazing I called 4 places before them but non could help bc I was in a parking garage but they said it was not a problem and he walked up the garage with all the stuff he needed and got it jumped in less then a minute if I’m ever stranded in Davenport again I know who I’ll call first also I don’t remember his name who helped me but he was so funny and helpful he was a really cool dude

Terrible service they dropped the vehicle off a didn’t bother to use common sense and park it straight instead they took up two parking spots parking sideways when it would have been easier to park it straight in a uniform fashion next to the other cars in the lot and to top it off the driver just left the keys under the floor mat instead of bringing them in like other reputable companies do or if we where closed the drop box is a perfectly fine option that way the customers car can be locked and secured. These people need to do better

My elderly father was on a cross-country trip. His car broke down and AAA sent this shop out to tow him.
They were very professional with my dad (who is a bit eccentric), and were able to fix the car very quickly. They recognized the tight deadline my dad faced for a time critical commitment he had in the next state.
They were very transparent on the work they would do, and they were true to their cost estimate. That meant a lot to us.
Thank you for helping my dad out!
