Have you checked your bill today? The sales people promise things you can't have.
And the corporate office keeps things on your bill you refused or declined.
Even though they have service all over the country their 5G signal frequency doesn't go inside hotels and other buildings good.

Swapped out phones yesterday, admit I was dreading it, but George was amazing, super funny, he has a natural easy going personality which alleviated my dread. Best customer experience I've ever had.
