I had Zach help me out today and take his time and offer his professional opinions on my car issues. It was nearly single digits outside and he didn’t hesitate to help me out. Very good guy and great experience. That’s a guy worth keeping around!

While they did check and print out that nothing was wrong with my battery or alternator, which is cool, they checked it in my car not out of my car on their battery machine. Nor did they check the battery date etc. They even suggested not buying a new battery. Which later left me stranded. Twice for over an hour or two each time. I bought a battery at the other autozone in bettendorf where they did not put it on my car And sent me away with an unreliable battery which cost 200 dollars ..they said i can return the core to any autozone for a refund.

This place has the worst customer service. Their counter people don't care at all. Stick with NAPA and Carquest. At least there you are treated with respect.

Typical AutoZone, customer service is to be desired, not always sent on your way with the right parts unless you correct them and demand the correct parts

All I can say about this place is the employees there are absolutely wonderful. Especially Frankie! She saw I was anxious and made sure to let me know when she works so if I ever need anything call up there and she would pull it off the shelf! Great Customer service!

My girlfriend and I were just there and my girlfriend needed help finding windsheald wipers and apparently this camercial guy said sorry I can't help you and walked away. I get he doesn't work at that store but he could have gotten someone to help her. And why there was no one else to be found I have no idea. But she just stood there for a few minutes with no help very unprofessional.

Always too busy to even acknowledge others in need (multiple locations). Great for them, terrible for business as a customer. Simply acknowledging will lessen ignorance and overall annoyance.
