I absolutely love B&BW. I live in the U.K. and even though we can get a limited range there, the prices are extortionate. As such, when I’m in the US I stock up on my favourites and try out some new scents too. It’s definitely part of my self-care routine. Please review the prices charged in the U.K. it’s making the product cost-prohibitive.

I've never had a salesperson on a sales floor be more helpful in my entire life!! Ashley asked if there was anything I needed help with finding and I said yes, I was here to buy some body mist. She diligently got to showing me what she had on hand (literally) but after saying it was too sweet and I was more a fan of floral she showed me several helpful options and had a great attitude the whole time -- like I was literally having fun lol. Finally it came down to two scents and she sprayed them again for me narrowing it down to Gingham Gorgeous and I am SO HAPPY with my purchase. Ashley is a great asset to the bath and body team

The store manager, Ashley, was absolutely phenomenal in assisting me in a replacement order from corporate! This store is ALWAYS clean, well staffed, and stocked with a massive variety. I'll definitely become a more frequent 'in person' customer, as I am SO pleased with the customer service (and the scents, too)!

They always forget to give me my free item. This is how it goes, "hey this item is really cheap you wanna get a full price item for free?" Me- "absolutely" Them- "cool" I get home and they don't apply the free item this has happened the last like 3 times I've been there. I know, I know, I should look at the receipt before leaving but I always have an arm full of stuff and forget to. I shouldn't have to do their job by making sure the discounts are applied.

Bath & Body Works is a great store!! I love the men products and the fantastic selection! The manager Ashley was such a nice person, and you can tell she loves her job! Overall great selection, and great service! Great job Ashley! Thanks for all the help!

Very very slow checkout process. Waited in line behind only 2 people with 2 registers open and it took 10-15 minutes before I it was my turn. Never like going for this reason. Every store is like this. Too many questions at the checkout adds to the time and frustration.

I love their products and sales. but manager Ashely is just very rude, and unfriendly. I stopped coming inside the store to catch all the sales because of her. I shop online now.

Stopped into north park bath and body today for Christmas gifts. I’m pretty sure Lori made the experience beyond exceptional and we ended up with way more than anticipated! I hope this comment gets back to her and is recognized for outstanding kind customer service during a chaotic Black Friday shopping weekend!
