Tv was supposed to come and be installed yesterday. Never came and never heard from anyone.. went to iowa city store where we bought it and they said it had to come from Davenport. Try calling. What a joke!!!!!!!! Won't bother buying from them again!!!!! Shop local had a new meaning for me!

I thought I've had bad customer experiences before..this takes the cake. My phone has been broken for awhile and I need it for work..I waited a good week to get an appointment with the Geek Squad. I get there, everything goes well. They said they'll call me when ready in an hour. I wait three hours, and try to call. Only to find out you can't contact the store-only some online caller center. So I travel there, WASTING more gas, to see them scrounging for my phone, unable to find it. Once they finally do, they tell me it wasn't even touched. I was obviously upset, my phone is still broken. So i ask for the manager...some kid walks up claiming to be a manager, and asks "Do you have a question?".......I tell him why I'm frustrated and HE WALKS TO THE BACK WITHOUT SAYING ANYTHING AND HIDES. What in the world was that?! He never came out. No solution, no help, no "we'll make this a priority", nothing. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. That was so pitiful I started laughing. The "manager" ran away and couldn't even say anything to me. Never coming back to any Best Buy.

Aly was so helpful I actually don't think I would have been able to coordinate my order had they not been so helpful anytime you need mobile device customer service definitely look for them !!!!

I recently had a radio installed in my F150 and everything went great. From the store manager Tracy to Adam who did the installation, professional and incredible customer service!! Best Buy is lucky to have you both, keep up the good service!

The only local place still around to get a decent computer like CyberPower PC. You have to be careful going to other stores like walmart.

Sell starters but don't know how to install them yet big signs saying they do. Advised to go to Iowa City to get it installed. Take down the signs, please ?

Kind of slipping there a little eh Best Buy? Since dropping points is there a reason to return? Practically zero information when trying to buy a TV. To be a specialty store you have to try harder.

Usually do in store pick up. The service at the pick up counter is reslly slow and seem a very unorganized.

What can I say about a billion dollar tech company, a company that would NOT get on the phone WITH THEIR OWN customer service to figure out WHY my order had been cancelled, and why the purchase amount was $0. I spent $3300 IN CASH, and when I needed a refund could only refund $800 or less in cash. I waited 2 weeks for a check in the mail. Needless to say, I went and got all $3300 cash refunded, $600 at a time.
