Unfortunately, if a book is on sale online they will not give you the sale price inside at check out. You have to go online and pick up in store. Very sad no wonder why companies are closing and everyone buys on line.

My first time coming here, I didn't know what to expect. Though I did see some 1-star reviews that made me skeptical and think it was a small store with rude people and barely any books. Needless to say, that couldn't be further from the truth. I ended up buying 4 books and signing up for their membership. I really enjoyed the environment and everyone was so polite, customers and staff. It's spacious and has a nice selection of books, among other items, which is really all I can ask for!

It’s a decent place. The selection of books wasn’t decent for what I want. The prices were a little higher than MSRP in some cases and certainly higher than other books stores in the area.

I like BAM, because not overly woke propaganda shouts at you, although there's lots of wiccan and other books there I don't care for. I had to search out a clerk to help me find a book as there's not much staff. Also the coffee shop/cafe is permanently closed.

Just a sad little store. More cheap toys and junk than actual books. Worker "Rob" was incredibly rude and unhelpful, even sneering at me for simply walking around at a leisurely pace. You'd think smaller book stores would have friendlier staff than the mega-corporations, but that isn't the case here. The cashier was also a total dud, seeming like she would rather be anywhere else in the world despite the store being completely dead. Just save your time and go to Barnes & Noble.EDIT: 7/11/23Not a very professional response from the business. Insulting your paying customers intelligence by asking if they were even at the right location? Typical of a manager that looks as if he just emerged from his mothers basement 10 minutes before his shift began. Look, Rob, Ron, whatever your managerial name is, I hope you can find a job when this place inevitably shuts its doors within the next five years. Maybe go back to college. If you can...

I used to love this store, but now they’ve closed their Joe Muggs coffee shop. Whenever I bought books there, I often had a latte in hand. The cafe was a nice place to browse things I contemplated buying. So I’m done with this place. Wish they would have asked loyal customers before taking such drastic action.

This awesome "bookstore" offers oh so much more than just books! But a word of caution folks! If you can't stomach religious and cultural diversity, or if just the thought of a LGBTQ+ literary offerings tend to send you running for the sandy, sanctimonious, better then thow, beaches of DeSantis, Florida, don't bother setting foot in the front door of this store! Y'all just can't handle the truth!
