Scammers. They said they can’t verify that im who i say I am. They continue to charge an active card 35.99$ a month for a product I don’t have. I owned my phone btw.

⭐ -1 Star – Extremely Disappointed with Boost Mobile
Sent my wife into this Boost Mobile store to ask about her insurance claim and see what her options were while waiting for a replacement. Instead of helping, the rep sold her a new line on a phone she already owned and charged her $75 like she was a new customer.
Meanwhile, Boost is running better deals than what she was offered. It felt like a scammy upsell from a shady salesman.
We’re leaving Boost and going back to T-Mobile. Do better.

Went to switch back to boost today, the company I was switching from was giving me a hard time wanting an outrageous amount of money to release my number. The employee that worked with me did an amazing job and managed to get my number ported over despite the difficulty with the other company.

Briana today helped me so much when I was having the hardest time with this network mess up! I was in a different state with no working phone and she was able to keep me calm when I was highly irritated! She has great customer service and was very very helpful! I was going to switch companies until My interaction with her today!She deserves a raise for dealing with all the customers being irate and her having to trouble shoot and help with staying professional!
