With the outage today Ana was completely helpful and honest. She was getting battered by customers and remained professional and sweet. She was the Frontline for something she couldn't fix. Outstanding customer service I greatly appreciate it.

I came to this store to buy a new phone. Unfortunately the person who was there at that time couldn't help me.(A lady wasn't very helpful. )
So I left. I came back on on Sunday. In order to get the phone that I liked it. Lucky Derick Allen Jackson. We're there! Very nice person. He was very kind. Finally I got the phone ready to go!! Thanks a lot! God bless you!

Long story short, I really needed a new phone (switching carrier's, shattered screen) plus an additional line. Megan was absolutely wonderful! She made sure we understood everything and made sure everything worked/fit well (case)! Plus got a speaker my son is obsessed with ?Very great experience! Thanks again Megan!

The store manager she was very rude. Service was hands down the worst of any of the boost store I have ever been to. I would like to think that as a long time customer with multiple lines that I my business is appreciated and my issues with my phone service taken care of or even looked at. It was so bad and disappointing I switched my family’s service over to another provider as soon as I left the store . She belittle staff from other stores over the phone in front of other customers. Extremely unprofessional. Hopefully the owners read their reviews and take action soon.

Ana has been really good, excellent!!!! I HIGHLY recommend her! Her boss needs to give her a raise if he hasn't. She's been a true blessing giving me two new phones that I love.
