Scheduling the appointment was super easy, I called and they were able to get me in at the exact time and day I requested (in the same week). Appointment was super smooth. Great customer service and trustworthy workers here.

Came by the shop with some automotive issues in the middle of a snow storm. Called and Brett got me right in. The skilled Tech Brandon just had to tweak a few things and was back on the road. In and out fast!!!! Thanks guys!!

I can’t put a star down yet. Spoke to Brett Friday night told me nothing was scheduled till 10 o’clock in the morning Saturday the young lady seemed like she could care less when I talked to her this morning and basically told me to wait so I’m waiting to find out if my alternator is bad which is what the mechanic said at the gas station where it was towed from, and I’m waiting they opened at 7:30. It’s now almost 9 o’clock no answer yet and I was told this would be taken care of this morning. Could’ve taken it somewhere else but I really liked Brett. We’ll see where this goes so I guess it’s the alternator like I was told she told me 503 which I told her the alternator was only $147 at the auto parts store at which she said they need to make their own money too. This lady really didn’t want to deal with me. Kind of rude actually definitely rude. She hung up on me before she even said thank you or anything and I told her to go ahead with it because I don’t have a choice i’m not gonna sit and try to bargain with someone who’s telling me that they have to make their profit on it too by doubling it or more actually it’s more than that so tune in later I’ll finish my review as of right now I’m going to get ready to go pick up my van, which she didn’t tell me when it would be finished I’m assuming about a half an hour from what I understand from the mechanic it was an easy fix. I’m not sure what this girl’s problem is but I definitely wouldn’t put someone like this in the front desk. I’m assuming she is the owners daughter because nobody acts like that unless they’re related and they are allowed to be rude. I’ll finish my review later., ok update came in 2 hrs later after telling her to do it she said keys were in it I said how much do I owe you she said nothing I said it’s finished she said you said it was to much I said no I said I had to do it & told u to go ahead I had no choice she told me to take my vehicle & go I’m just completely confused on how this woman has a job & how people like this are allowed to work with the public I went to start my vehicle to drive it somewhere else & they left door open battery was completely dead to I went in to ask for a jump & was told to wait I’m my car ( like I’m a threat) & someone will jump it omg unbelievable I did & now I’m somewhere else I’m disgusted & once home will be speaking with corporate you don’t handle people like this !

Red flags from the beginning that I ignored now my car needs fixed at a dealership and it's not going to be cheap. My car is virtually brand new but I wanted to put better tires on it for winter because the base tires just weren't good. I needed a specific tire they carried and I set up an appointment weeks in advance. I get there and guess what, they don't have them, no one ordered them once they realized they didn't have them and no one called me. That was the first red flag. They order them and a few weeks later they get the tires. THE ONLY REASON I WENT TO THIS PLACE WAS THEY WERE THE ONLY PLACE ABLE TO GET IN THE TIRES I WANTED.I go in Saturday and the lady gives me a paper with the "Discussed and agreed upon price." I never talked or agreed upon anything... We were waiting for them to even get the tires in. My wife brought up issues with the bill over $2k because it didn't match the website and the price just didn't make since. Eventually we were able to get the discount they have they didn't add into the bill until we asked and got rid of some unnecessary charges... That was the second red flag.The third red flag comes with their required alignment charge. This vehicle drove perfect and has about 12k miles on it, again I just got the car last year. We didn't want the alignment they said we needed it. We said maybe for used cars that have more wear but this one shouldn't need it. She kept pushing it and I got tired of the situation and said fine lets just get the tires on, you can do the alignment.The 4th red flag was the time they told us. We had an appointment, a bay was empty and they should have gotten my car right in. We were told it will take an hour and a half. Okay sounds good. We went for a walk and a call never came about an update on my car... 2 hours go by and nothing... We go back and It's not ready.. Took about 4 hours to get the car finished.So before I pay for the tires I asked if the alignment they made us get went perfect? She said yeah everything is great.Fine, we paid almost $2k and left.My steering is loose and shaky, my steering wheel is now tilted to the left when trying to keep the car straight, my car now pulls and drifts to the left, my inner wheel well liner is hanging off on the rear left too.No one has returned my calls to address this situation!So here I am with my car with destroyed alignment and other issues. Brand new car, 12k miles that I now have to take to a dealership to get fixed and frankly this place should be paying the bill for what they messed up.The situation is unacceptable and not trying to help fix the issues they caused show just how unprofessional this company is and that they only car about money.DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!

I had front brakes and alignment, 4 tires put on very good customer service, very polite and courteous. I would highly recommend this location to my family and friends

The only complaint I have about this place is you can't take your own Parts there and have them place them on. But I get it with the warranty it would be hard and other than that it's a good place to go when you need to check on your car.

I went out to my car last Saturday and noticed a fresh oil spot on the ground under my wheel well. I called car-x and they said i could bring it in that day (Saturday) and they would take a look at it around 4pm. Well i dropped it off around 10am and they called me back by 10:30am. Thankfully it wasnt anything wrong with my car, but they got me in quicker than expected and resolved my issue promptly and with great service. Thanks Team!

My battery died at work. A co worker jumped my car and I went directly to CarX. They took me in right away and replaced my battery. They have been a life saver more than once for me. I highly recommend this place. Great service and very helpful.

Came here to get breaks fixed on my Mercedes and get a oil change which comes with a top off of washer fluid, I specifically told manager that there was a notification coming up saying I needed washer FLUID I PAID $150 for a oil change and got breaks fixed my total was like $1100 and guess what THEY DIDNT TOP OFF THE WASHER FLUID!! They had my Mercedes for 8 HOURS!!! To make a long story short A THOUSAND DOLLARS IN AND IM STILL RIDING AROUND WITH A NOTIFICATION COMING UP SAYING “check washer fluid”!!! Then when I called him and told him he said “he didn’t put in the washer fluid? Mybad stop back by and we’ll put it in” WELL AFTER GIVING YOU GUYS OVER A THOUSAND DOLLARS AND YOU FORGET SOMETHING SO LITTLE I DOUBT THEY EVEN DID THE OIL CHANGE!!!! they messed up with me because my time is limited and I don’t have time for HALF DONE WORK!!! How could you call someone and tell them their car is ready with a big sign coming up saying “need washer fluid”????! Didn’t I pay $150 for oil change and washer fluid??? Some things I just can’t understand. And it’s really disappointing and bogus that they didn’t care enough to make sure everything was done the Mercedes Benz dealership would’ve charged a little bit more but I rather hadve paid more to get it done right! Because it’s just ridiculous that after all that they couldn’t put in washer fluid when you do a oil change your supposed to check all the fluids and top them off

Very disappointed. Went in for one tore was told I needed all four before they took a look and then they said I needed rear brakes. The estimate for rear brakes was double I had from another. Shop. Don't trust them

I made an appointment online for the next day (after hours) for an oil change. They were super busy when I got there but still friendly and went the extra mile for me! I will definitely go back for service there.

Had them do inspection on a used car. Found 2 issues and fixed at very reasonable price. Have used them many times over the years and found to be trustworthy and honest in their dealing. They are friendly and helpful if you are in a bind.
