My friend Literally ordered delivery at 2:30am on Uber eats an we waited 2 hours an never showed an they wouldn't even answer the phone they kept leaving us on hold when I got there the pizzas was Literally on top of the oven he tried to make excuse bout why it took so long to make 3 small

Sent my significant other in with our last hundred dollars to our name with a hundred dollar bill to get gas at 6 PM and was told that they would not accept a $100 bill. So now here I am already struggling and just ran out of gas on the highway. Trying to get to the next gas station, because your team member decided that our 100 dollar bill wasn't good enough. tried to call the store nobody answered was placed on hold for over 15 minutes so I will be calling corporate. By far the worst customer service we've dealt with. Corporate will be called.

I called and placed a order I was told to give them thirty minutes. I did had to wait an extra fifteen minutes and my order wasn’t correct. I tried calling them and waited for over fifty five minutes on hold with no answer. There were people sitting in the office and did not come out to help. Poor customer service. Pizza racks were empty people were coming in and leaving due to this.

The West Locust location seems to have no regard for people who need to call them. My husband and I have placed orders in the past and needed to have accommodations made for an alternative sauce as my husband is allergic to tomatoes. We've always been told to place the order through the app and then call for changes to be made manually on the receipt. The location being reviewed does not like to answer their phones. We just spent the last 20 minutes attempting to get in contact with them for our delivery and just got a text notification that our pizza would be delivered soon. I also attempted to call another location and they were unsuccessful in reaching the employees at the West Locust location. This is uncalled for and I can only hope that this will change in the future. However, it will be too late for us as we will refuse any future business with this location.

Ordered a pizza around 8pm didn't get it until 930 and I asked for gravy sauce and I got no sauce.

I was trying to be civil and reach out via phone but my partner came in a purchased flowers for Mother’s Day. When he got home and I was ready to put them in a vase we saw that they had mold and mildew infecting every one of the flowers. This could have caused my family to be extremely sick if it was not discovered. If someone from management could reach out to me about a refund it would be much appreciated as I sat on the phone line for 45 minutes trying to get ahold of an associate.

Pizza was supposed to be ready in 30 mins. Showed up 38 minutes later and was told still had 8 minute. And I was treated like I was the inconvenience. So much for hometown friendly customer service

I guess I've had so much Casey's pizza over the years that it has become a "blah" to me. I'll put it this way, one slice can go a really long way for me. The breakfast pizza actually is still pretty good. The reason why Casey's pizza sales are so large is the majority of their stores are in small towns and in most cases they have no competition. The Casey's store on West 53rd is having problems as they have in the past. Sometimes all they are putting out is breakfast pizza and nothing else. That doesn't cut it. This store seems to do pretty good at keeping all the choices out there for breakfast.

Did not get my complete order was told I’d get a free credit which I do not want I wanted the rest of my food and was told that’s not an option because they deliver through door dash even though I ordered online when asked to speak to the manager she confirmed she was and she couldn’t help me get my food or my money so basically I paid for food I will not receive

I tried the "limited time" medium BBQ Brisket pizza and have to say it is pretty awesome! It was loaded with brisket and I ordered "light" on the jalepenos. The sauce obviously is BBQ, cheddar and mozzerella cheeses, jalepenos, onions, and a ranch drizzle topping which really tops it off. Definitely will order again before it' s gone.
